If you need a portable cutting edge rig get it
Honestley my 1st windows tablet upgrade since my surface pro 7. And all I can say is wow. It’s not the best gaming pc, but dang it’s not far behind by my eyes on how it handles games. As to the robustness well I got the 128gb memory version since it’s not really upgradeable. So will be goof for some time. The only thing I did not like is they opted to only provide for a single 2230 sized m2 slot, which is tragic, they really should have made it for a full-sized 2280 drive. And also feel a little cheated that as new and cutting edge it was that they only opted for tb4 not tb5 on it. But otherwise it’s a awesome piece of tech

Bought new received defective returned device ?
After months of trying to get this I received a defective and damaged product. I was literally riding my phone for restocks for weeks now and of course when It gets delivered itâs defective and damaged. The box inside the box looked like it was already open. The plastic was cut and the box was scratch multiple times. You canât miss it. I turn it on to check the screen and it has something under the screen. Not only that the corner was damaged. Unacceptable. I bought a new device. It looks like it could have been someone elseâs return. It canât be replaced it though cause itâs always out of stock. I just had to take a refund and try and get a new one. Terrible experience.

Great Item
Came on-time, box packaged great, device works. HOWEVER, this product is VERY EXPENSIVE and for it to come out the box with no drivers (wifi drivers) caused me to wait an additional 2 days to use the product because I needed to buy an adapter for ethernet to download all the drivers. Rgb on back and on track pad didn’t work correctly until asus released patches. Would have been 5 stars but with the driver issues…it just made it a pain.

Perfect for what I wanted
Exactly what I needed out of a gaming tablet. Especially since the steam deck canât play every game on steam.I would recommend always getting the 395 since it is significantly better than the 390

AsusROG, High failure rates, and refuses to Honor Warranty
Totally failed to turn on after about a month. Sent an RMA to ROGASUS, and they refused to honor their warranty. This was the second ASUSROG device I’ve gotten which has died. Take a look at other brands if you can!
