How to fill the tank with liquid soap?
1. Open the battery compartment.
2. Put the battery into the battery compartment, 4*AA Alkaline batteries (not included) are required, check “+” and “-” symbols of battery and soap dispenser to install correctly.
3. Open the liquid tank cover.
4. Pour the desired amount of liquid soap into the tank.
Note: Do not overfill the tank.
5. Turn on the soap dispenser by pressing the “+” button 2 seconds, green light on.
6. Place your hand under the sensor, the dispenser works.

Warm Tips:
1. Please use liquid soaps with a low concentration of alcohol and non-foaming liquids, too thick soaps need to be diluted with an appropriate amount of water so that the unit can work normally.
2. Please sense the touchless soap dispenser 2-3 times to let it work when using it for the first time.
3. It’s better to use your hands or light-colored sponges to activate the sensor of the automatic soap dispenser.
4. Before cleaning the tank, liquid outlet, or motion sensor, remember to turn off the soap dispenser first.
5. Please take out the battery if long time no use.
6. If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to clean the container before use to prevent the outlet from being clogged.

I bought this product because I was having issues with regular pump soap bottles. Many times I would need to go back to the bottle twice or more in one hand washing session, and water would get all over the sink, and it was just an absolute mess.When the product arrived, I hadnât realized that it did not come with batteries. It calls for a very specific type of Alkaline battery, so make sure you know what type to get! Thankfully I was able to get some that night. Putting it all together, filling it up with the soap, and setting it up in the bathroom was super easy.Thereâs three settings on the dispenser for soap output. Iâve been using the lowest setting because Iâm trying to have it last longer. When it needs to be refilled itâs also super simple- just pop the little cap off and pour in the soap and youâre done!When youâve refilled the soap after it was empty, it takes a few passes of the hand before it starts working as normal again. It makes sense as the soap needs to work its way to the top again.Try not to be too quick with pulling your hand away from the sensor, as sometimes it takes a second to register it and output the soap. Iâve seen some reviews of people putting their hand under the sensor, but then not giving it a second or two to actually register that something is there. Have patience and remember that it is an automatic machine to help your life, not to make it more frustrating.The directions specifically state the types of cleaning supplies it can register. So read that carefully before using a specific item in case it is something that it cannot register.I use a liquid soap, so I am unsure if foaming soap would work or not.Iâve had this for over a month now and it still works perfectly! I will say that over time when youâre splashing water in the sink and stuff, it can get a little smudged and streaky on the outside. It doesnât affect how it works though! And you can always just clean it real quick and itâs back to being squeaky clean.I would 100% recommend this product. Not only does it work super well and is very handy (pun not intended), but it is such a good price for something that makes me feel like Iâm living pampered.

We really like this soap dispenser and it worked great for 6 months and then stopped. We contacted customer service which was prompt, helpful and very professional about supporting our issue and making sure it was resolved. The thing that really sets a product apart from another is the customer service you receive when something goes wrong and rest assured that you have that support through this company. One learning to help prolong the easy usage of this item is to make sure your soap isn’t too thick and that you dilute it properly with a little water (1/4 water) so that it can easily continue dispensing. We would confidently buy this product or any other from this company again in the future.

Lo compré hace un año y medio y funciona perfecto, la bateria ha durado todo este tiempo, por lo que es bastante rendidor en ese sentido. Regula bastante bien la cantidad de jabón y se ve muy bien en la cocina. Lo recomiendo.
