Low cost and high quality vitamin.
I have been taking this vitamin going on 3 months now and it’s the best vitamin I have ever taken in my life! There is no taste and it is easy to swallow. I take it every morning with my protein drink to avoid stomach upset. I highly recommend this vitamin, not only for bariatric surgery patients, but for anyone who needs a once-a-day pill that contains all the essential vitamins, including iron.
