The wider bands have an anti-slip inner layer which means no slipping, rolling, curling, or pinching while working out. They are even comfortable to use on bare legs and arms. If using on legs or arms with hair, turn bands inside out for best comfort. So much better than those thin stretchy straps!
I’ve been going to physical therapy on and off for years as various issues come and go. I’ve always been given exercises I just can’t do becase the thin stretchy straps cut into the veins in my legs. Finally last year a physical therapist used these, and I bought two sets for home (one for each floor). They are amazing. Comfortable. No pain. I do my band exercises all the time now.

I like the different levels of resistance
I like the different levels of resistance that these bands offer. I’ll start out on the low one because I’m just starting to get myself in better shape. I will be using these in conjunction with the Bosu ball. That should enhance my workout since I’ll be using more of my core than I would if I didn’t use these bands.I’ll be able to tell if I’m ready to move up to a stiffer band and be able to easier monitor my progress if any.

The only band that doesnât roll
I use exercise bands as part of strength/circuit training and was previously annoyed at how much they roll and how often they break. Even the lightest one is pretty tough compared to other brands, but the benefits are worth it to me. It seems like it could last for many years.
