Very Nice Laptop
I bought this for my girlfriend whoâs a realtor and accountant. The laptop was in near perfect condition! Setting it up was not easy as we thought but we eventually made it through the human verification. The screen is touch screen and is very nice for videos and online games. I am definitely considering buying another one for myself. Highly recommend if you donât mind a scratch or two.

Cargador defectuoso
Le doy 4 estrellas , porque el cargador que trae es horrible no carga la computadora tuve que comprar un cargador nuevo , la laptop parece como nueva tiene algunos rasguños pero esta como nueva deben agregar un cargador responsable

Poorly done wrap
In the past when I’ve bought refurbished items I’ve always received something that seems very lightly used. With this laptop there are a few things that make me think it’s been heavily used, which makes me worry for how long it will last. The screen has some marks that fortunately aren’t too visible when it’s on, and the paint is nearly completely worn off of the power button. I assume the body paint was badly marked because it seems to have had an after-market wrap applied, but straight out of the box there were already sections coming loose and there are some sharp pieces where it doesn’t perfectly fit the corners which rub on my wrists. Performance wise it works well enough for web browsing and streaming, I haven’t tried any games yet. I just really hate this wrap and wish they hadn’t tried to cover up how old this really is. I may have to peel it off because it’s scratching my wrists up, but I’m afraid of what I’ll find underneath.

Extreme damage covered by cheap vinyl
It is i know n to be used but not covered with a vinyl that looks likes a 5 years all kid wrapped it. All the córners have wear damages that were not even covered by this sticker

Great condition
It had a little suff on it that you can barely see. Other than that it’s in excellent condition as advertised! I’m satisfied with my purchase. I bought this for work as I work from home and didnt want to spend $1000 on a new computer. So far it’s keeping up!

So far, the machine has been solid. Even though I bought this refurbished, it seemed brand-new in appearance. It has been an excellent performer. Well-built. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this product.

So far, we have had no issues with this laptop. The quality and speed are as expected. I am a repeat Dell customer and love their products. It is a little heavy. However, that is really no problem as this is not a laptop we will be moving around much. The shipper had it packaged well so there was no in transit damage.
