ECOTRIC 20 INCH STEPTHROUGH EBIKE IS FANTASTIC!
Bought the Ecotric Stepthrough 20 inch e-bike for my wife. This bike is fantastic and the price makes it a great value. It took approximately 5 minutes to assemble out of the box. Battery was fully charged and off my wife went. She came back with a big smile on her face. She is now an e-bike believer. Simple electronics make it very easy to use. It folds and is reasonably light weight compared to other e-bikes making it easy to put in the back of our SUV to set off on adventures. The bike feels very solid. I usually don’t write reviews but I really felt great about this purchase. I truly recommend this e-bike. I have another popular brand e-bike that cost much more but I would have bought this one for myself if I had tried it first. For street and path riding the 20 inch tires are perfect.

We Love It
We love this e-bike.Its solidly built.Easy to ride.Comfortable to ride on regular roads, but might get bumpy off road.The brakes are caliper on the fromt and disk on the back and are pretty responsive.It will run up to20 mph which for this bike is about right.. Range is approx 20 miles but will confirm in an update.This is ideal for someone shorter in height or for use in a smaller vehicle.The speeds work great, the throttle took just a few minutes to get used to.Its handy to be able to lock the battery to the bike and turn off the power,For the price, its a bargainâ¦

Rough ride ….
I just got it 7/21.it was easy to put together… I replace the seat .its a racing bike seat Took it the next morning for a try out it performed well. I owned 4 before this one so far this is the best.. only drawback the LCD display is not visible in the sun light.. Other than that…good bike..ðð……. Recap……took it out on a 10 mile ride…it performed good.. But you better get the most comfortable seat possible because it’s a rough ride …….𤣅..update.had it for a year and a month and is still runs great…ðð..â¤â¤..ðð.

Itâs the perfect bike for the money to travel with.
I have a larger beach cruiser Ebike that cost more, has a bigger battery and can travel further. BUT, itâs heavy and difficult for me, as a woman,to take with me places without my husband. This bike is perfect to take with me in my car to meet my friends and take a bike ride.I can get about 30 miles on a charge but thatâs on relatively level terrain. I havenât pushed it on hilly terrain as the power isnât the same as the larger 750W.Great bike, tho, to travel with!

Problem right out of the box
Initially charged the battery which showed full at about 2.5 hours. Let bike sit unridden for 3 weeks while trying to fix older ebike. When I took it out for a test ride the battery wouldn’t turn on. Put it back on charger for about 20 minutes and it showed full. Both tires lost 20 and 40 lbs of pressure in 3 weeks, and noticed that front valve set into wheel much more than normal. Proceeded to ride around the block couple of times. Rear disc brake lever really hard to pull and almost no stopping power. Front v-brake worked fine. Acceleration with 350 watt motor was more than older ebike with 250 watt motor. Due to rear disc brake, carrier is specially designed for this bike and no other carrier can replace it. It has NO rat trap as other carriers have. It lacks a suspension front fork and no indication that on can be substituted. Pedals are so tight that I can’t fold them although I have same design pedals on old bike and they fold relatively easy. I have over 12 years riding a folding ebike and am very dissatisfied with this one. I am sending it back.

Easy to assemble and excellent customer service
Bike was very easy to assemble. The seats provide almost no comfort so they will most likely have to be replaced. The bike is also very noisy.I bought two of these bikes and the company shipped them through UPS. UPS attempted to deliver when I was at work and did the same thing again after I communicated with them that they are delivering when I’m at work.Update: The white one was squealing while the black one had no issues. I worked with the vendor and they were extremely helpful in letting me get a replacement. The first replacement came in with shipping damage so a second replacement had to be sent. The vendor was out of the white model (no front reflector but has a strap-on light) so they sent the black one w/ strap-on light. The replacement bike came in with a minor scratch on the left brake handle (packaging and transportation issue) but works great.

This bike was dead on arrival. Edit: Customer service is being very helpful
Received the bike, assembled it, and charged the battery. The bike turns on just fine, but as soon as you engage the motor, be it peddling or with the hand throttle, the bike turns off. So i am trying to return it, but the “free” label the seller promises to send requires me to pay the shipping. I am attempting to contact the sell to address this as i do NOT want to pay to ship a defective product back to the seller.EDIT: i have upgraded their rating, and this review, to reflect current events. Their customer service has been very helpful, and are shipping me parts for replacement on the bike to attempt to fix this issue.

Sweet little ebike
Got this for the missus and she loves it. Easy to assemble (basically just unfold it). It’s powerful enough for her (she doesn’t want to go too fast). Now she can keep up with me.It’s easy to transport. Just fold an pop it into the trunk.
