Do I need to assemble the ebike?
Please refer to the assembly video on the product page or consult the user manual for detailed instructions.
Our bicycle comes 95% pre-assembled. Simply tighten the wheel bolts, insert and lock the handlebars and seat, and you’re ready to ride your eBike.
When will my order ship and which shipping carrier will be use？
Our standard processing time for orders is within 48 working hours on business days. For the ebike, we primarily use FedEx as the shipping carrier. As for accessories, we rely on a combination of USPS and DHL for shipping.

Great looking and functioning bike. We love it!
We love everything about this bike! Bought it as a gift for my 12 year old who is 4â8â and it fits perfect. It also is a perfect size for the rest of the family as well. Easy to assemble. Depending on the pedal assist level you ride at, you can get a good range out of the battery. Has a lot of power and acceleration. Styling is great, from the frame to th headlight and brake light. I feel safe with my son riding this in the neighborhood at night. Lots of available accessories. The only downside is that the pedals are a bit low. If you are paddling around a turn, your feet can hit the ground. Brakes are great and easy to assemble and adjust if needed. LED screen is perfect, throttle location is good, and the handlebars are comfortable. Seat is very comfortable and easily adjustable as well.

Excellent bike for bigger people
The shipping took a little longer than I liked but this bike is worth every minute of the wait I have owned two other e-bikes in the last three years and they do not even come close to comparing to this beast it climbs hills like there not even there accelerates like a rocket i recommend this bike to bigger people I am 280 pounds and it rides like that donât mean a thing to it very strong motor so far I have went 26 miles and have not even used a bar on the batterie yet I will update this review when the first charge is needed

Let me tell you why I like this bike and then Iâll tell you why I gave it only four stars.My wife and I both had smaller e-bikes from another company. We decided to get some bikes that would be faster, and would go longer distances without emptying the battery. Aipas was highly recommended.In case youâre wondering, we ordered our bikes from Amazon on Thursday and mine came on Sunday. Today is Monday and my wifeâs is coming today.The bike was larger than we had imagined it. it is advertised as weighing around 70 pounds⦠but back in the day when I was a roofer, I used to carry 70 pound packages of shingles up a ladder onto a roof on my shoulder. This bike cannot be just 70 pounds. But Iâm not really complaining. It is a solid, quality machine. So I took it out for a spin this morning. It behaves like it knows what you want when you want it. Iâm not planning to unlock the speed-limit potential. As is, the power of this bike is amazing. Iâve been on a motorcycle and have felt power, but this was very different. This is immediate, ruthless, and satisfying power. The pedal-assist was uncanny. For a little fun, when you first take your bike out for a ride, set the pedal assist at 5. Then start peddling⦠and hang on.So the reason I gave it four stars is because the kickstand is way too long. It cannot be used. I thought that maybe it was adjustable, but it was not. So last night I wrote to the company and I got this response today:âDear customer, thank you for your letter.We apologize, but our side supports are not adjustable. You can try bending them outward forcefully to adjust the angle.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.âAnd yes, I had the tires inflated to the proper psi. I donât understand this. But the discussion forums revealed that Iâm not the only one with this problem.So my advice to you? Get the bike for sure⦠and then buy an adjustable kickstand.
