Didn’t Even Get Past the Initial Setup
Laptop was broken from the start. It seemed to boot ok when I first turned it on, but shortly into the initial setup process the screen turned black. Every once in a while it would come on long enough for me to type a few letters, then it would go out again. After 4 or 5 times of this, it stopped coming back on. I tried hooking up an external monitor, plugging/unplugging, and rebooting, but no luck. I didn’t even make it past the microsoft login. Now I have to box it back up for return and potentially wait up to 30 days for a refund (according to the amazon page during the return process). Meanwhile, I feel like I should be getting paid for my wasted time

Perfect for my gamer child
Got this as a Christmas gift for my child and they were so excited about all the features. Having fun playing their favorite games with speed and great graphics.

Good price and performance, but with serious issues
This laptop offers top gaming performance at a very good price. However, I’ve had constant issues with my USB devices (mouse, headset, keyboard) randomly disconnecting, and have also witnessed a full system freeze while playing a game, so I’m returning it.Also, there’s almost nothing that can be configured in the BIOS, and Gigabyte’s own Windows software GCE doesn’t support this laptop.

Good
Not enough USB ports, great overall, after a year battery life is not very good. Great for gaming, gets a bit toasty and brightness isnt that good, but is adjustable.

Battery is terrible
The battery lasts less than two hours unless you have a setting turned on that lowers the quality of games. Even then itâs like 3.5 hours. It gets very, very loud too. Otherwise it seems to perform okay so far. Iâm a little nervous about it. Hopefully when I get used to it Iâll love it.
