Great for home workouts
Love this band for home workouts, itâs perfect for using inside or outside and provides great resistance for my exercises. Lasts about two years with consistent use, just had to buy a second due to some minor cracking in my first one.

Standard length & thickness but narrow, so you can add just the right resistance. A nice addition to a 3 band set.

The bands are an excellent tool for resistance training.
All GoFit bands are perfect for their purpose.However, as a strength trainer I find the heaviest does not provide enough resistance for my more advanced clients. The heaviest band is black and one of my clients ordered a second black band so he can train with both at once. Several months ago I wrote to GoFit and asked if they could make a heavier band than black but there was no reply.Still, these are great products.
