The phone does work. That’s about the best thing I can say after a few days of use.
My Pixel 3 XL is so easy to use. So naturally, I expected the 8 Pro to be a better experience. So far it has not been. Icon spacing on the 8 Pro home screen is stupidly padded compared to the 3XL. The phone is not as responsive as the 3XL, and the wi-fi connection is a joke. I have to restart it 2 or 3 times a day to get it to reconnect to wi-fi. The phone is literally 2 feet away from the router. I am probably going to reset the phone and go back to Android v14, which is what came on it. I let 15 be installed as part of the setup and I now see many people have had negative experiences with 15. We will see if it gets better…

Refurbished phone that looks brand new
This item came promptly, looks brand new for a refurbished phone. Only complaint was I ordered a green one and a black one came, but I needed to purchase a new case so bought a bright colored one so I could find easily in my purse. Transfer from my old phone was really ( Pixel 6 Pro) easy

Somebody definitely owns this before me because it has a lot of issues and it’s supposed to be refurbished? Of course, after the return day it starts to act up. Even plugging it into my car. It won’t bring up my heads-up display for maps. I’ll use it for now, but I really wish I wouldn’t have bought it refurbished. I’ll use it for now, but I really wish I wouldn’t have bought it.
