Great light with Matter
This light is fantastic, I needed extra lumens in the garage because fluorescent lights donât cut it.Wow the difference in how much more light the Govee light puts out. Plus I can change the color temperature to true daylight so I can see the actual colors of the wood varnish. I have it setup with Goveeâs presence detector so the light automatically comes on when a person is in the garage. The installation was very easy and the app recognize the light very quickly.Only complaint is the appâs automations could be easier to navigate But itâs no different than most google type interface. The matter integration what saved it, makes it easy to add to HomeKit.Highly recommend

Great for sensory room!
I got this light for my sonâs sensory room, and we both absolutely love it. The variety of programs is great, and as always, itâs another high-quality product from Govee. I really appreciate being able to control it from my phone. It remembers the last setting even after being turned off and back on, which is super helpful. The dimming feature is a big bonus tooâlow lighting is essential during his meltdowns, and this makes it easy to adjust as needed.

I used govee for our tv lights and their ceiling fixures have not let me down either. After getting a bigger light from govee for our entertainment room we decided to put one of these in the laundry room as my wife likes to soften the light and make it look like a night light almost when not folding clothes, yet its still bright enough to make sure the laundry got clean. She loves it. I make a point of using the product for a month or two before I leave the review and can say it has held up to the original condition.Packaging was well done and I do not see it breaking in transport.I would recommend this product at the price point of $50-100I received this product for review. I was not paid for my opinion, I have not been contacted by the seller, and my opinion is my own honest opinion for better or worse. The only difference between my normal reviews and my Vine reviews, are I try to go more in depth out of courtesy for others and in respect of the program itself. I also still have to pay taxes, actually use the product, and spend time writing this. I borrowed this initial format from another vine program reviewer, but did not get his name so whomever you are, thank you!!! My impression overall of the vine program as since the sellers know we are free to leave our honest opinion, they believe in their products before putting them into the program!! Nice Govee light fixture
We all know and love the Govee brand. The brand is well-established and well trusted. They are known for providing excellent lighting options for all parts of the home, indoors and out.This is an indoor ceiling light fixture. I got the 12 inch square fixture for a bedroom in my home. This is a great size and shape for bedroom lighting. It is a smart lighting fixture. If you’re familiar with smart lights, then you already know. If you’re not used to needing to use an app to operate your light, then look into this a bit deeper. You should have the Govee light app installed. I already had this for some other govee lights that I already have. So i easily added this to my app.Installation was straightforward. Read the instructions provided, they are clear and thorough. I had some help, but got it installed just fine.Once it was installed and paired with the app, it was all just playing with the light from there. This is an RGBIC LED light, so you have all of the color options that you can imagine. Just like any smart RGB light, you can set the light to a single still color, or play with the various lighting modes and scenes that govee offers. It’s pretty neat and the options are endless. The brightness is adjustable, so it goes down super dim, almost like a night light, but it also goes up SUPER bright at the highest setting. Too bright, almost. The regular white/yellow/natural light can be adjusted as well, the temperature of the light, super cool to neutral to very warm.The light is great, just like all govee lighting options are. The price is also great. It is listed at $79, which is totally justified but is on sale right now for $59 which is a steal!*You can obviously flip the light on and off with your regular bedroom light switch, no problem. For all of the other fancy options and adjustments, you’ll need the govee app and to pair the light with the app.

Works well with Govee App, easy to group and control. Does not work well or at all with Apple Home.
Very nice, LIght works well with Google Alexa. Good pricing and very easy to install. The light color is great. Only issue I have is I am Apple ecosystem, and they do not work well with Matter, even though they say they are “Matter” capable. Nice LIght but not working well for my home Setup.

It kinda sucks, itâs bright yes, but the colour temps are way off, colours look muddy unless full brightness, and itâs very choppy in transition of color or brightness
