So cool, so practical, and the Wi-Fi is not a gimmick!
My wife loves coffee and I love tea so I picked this out for a Mother’s Day gift. We have several Govee products already and have been pleased with the quality and functionality, so I thought I would see what benefits a Wi-Fi enabled electric kettle would bring. We were not disappointed.The electric kettle connects via an app that works on Android and iPhone devices. It has a colorful, straightforward display that allows one to schedule the kettle to start at a specific time or can be started manually. My wife likes to schedule this to start in the morning when she gets up. By the time she has her contacts in and is in the kitchen the water is ready for her coffee. I follow behind to make my matcha tea.She’s on her feet all day long and often takes a bath in the evening. She can trigger the kettle to start from the bath, send me a text to fix some night time tea, and we both enjoy a final sip before the day is over.I’m really impressed with this as it adds so much functionality over a manual kettle. We can even set this to start boiling water on our way home from an event in town and it’s hot and ready for us when we get there (think hot chocolate in the winter). The included “keep warm” function is just one more thoughtful touch to this complete solution!

First electric kettle and Iâm impressed so far.
Very light weight kettle, even with water at the max line. Super simple to set up both the physical kettle and the app to connect to WiFi. I noticed the filter attached to the spout thatâs removable and I didnât realize there was one so thatâs a nice touch.It ran smooth the first âtestâ cycle it recommends. It heated the water within five-ish minutes which is very fast for me versus the old fashioned method I used (pot and stove haha). This feels like a quality product and functions as directed so far. This is my first electric kettle so Iâll update if I have any more information to share or issues!I would knock a star off if it was advertised as but I just assumed (thatâs on me so Iâll keep it 5/5), but the outside is NOT insulated so it becomes very hot to the touch when itâs heating up and in idle mode. The handle stays cool and the lid is unaffected as well, but if you need to use two hands to pour then I recommend using a hand towel or oven mitt to protect your hand.For only paying $36 and some change, so far it seems itâs been worth the price compared to other electric kettles I was researching. I havenât had to clean it yet, but just looking at it- it seems rather straightforward and easy to clean given the large opening.

Excellent Wifi Kettle
I didnât think I needed a WiFi kettle, but now I canât imagine mornings without it. Being able to start it from my phone while Iâm still in bed is a game changer. The app is simple to use and lets me set the perfect temperature for different drinks. Itâs fast, looks great, and has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets.

So far, it does what it says: smart kettle you can control from the Govee app. It heats pretty quickly and has a function to keep warm the water which is nice. You can also create your own programs for it, although it does come with some presets which is Ince. I had never used the Govee app before and it is okay, intuitive and easy to use, but the constant ads are kinda annoying.

Perfect for tea, coffee, oatmeal, everything!
Love this tea pot! It has completely replaced my Keurig. I use it for tea and oatmeal and also got a French press for coffee. Heats up quickly, and stays warm as advertised. Works with my Alexa which makes it even better!Easy to fill and clean. I have no complaints other than I am left handed so I wish there was a viewing window on both sides. The window only shows if you pick it up from a right handed position. It has color leds to let you know what temp itâs at so it is useful to see.

So Easy & Convenient!
This is an incredible kettle! It holds a lot of water and heats up quickly! One of my favorite features is the app. I can be on my way home and turn it on and be ready for a cup of tea!

Bought two of these from Amazon.co.uk, so expected a UK plug. Can’t find a safe and suitable step down voltage convertor to use with it, so unable to use. Sent them straight back unused so can’t review the performance. They did sent adapter plugs, but these were UK to US ones! Really disappointed as they seemed great in the description and I’ve got other Govee products in the house.
