Iâve been using these for a couple months and they have held up well. Quality is good, they provide a variety of weights, and the handles are easy to grip. Being new to resistance bands, I appreciated that these came with a page of various workouts you can do with them- I have that page taped to the wall so I can reference it.

These exercise bands are exactly what I was looking for. They are of good quality materials. Metal connections and soft durable grips for the handles. They cost is extremely friendly considering what the cost of weights these days are. These are a great for in between visits to the gym. They pack into a nice bag that’s included and are super easy to use.

Perfect for apartment living
These bands are great. I bought two sets for more versatility along with a few bars and some wall anchors. I basically have a home gym for under $200 without all the extra weight of standard equipment. Everything fits inside a medium sized tote and itâll be painless if I move to another apartment.

Great set of workout bends. After receiving the set of bands, decided they were great but needed two or each to clip on the wall mounts. So I got another set. They work great, with three wall mounted set of two mounts, one at high as I can reach, two at shoulder height, and two at the floor, I’m able to almost duplicate a cable machine. These work great.

Resistant bands don’t last forever
I like them and if they break well there resistant bands and that’s what they do they break over time, and for less than 40 bucks I am definitely getting another set when these break Quality:Very goodÂ

Good amount of resistance in a small portable package thatâs not flimsy. It takes up fraction of the space required of a full gym (only a mat recommended). You can even do crunches with resistance using the included door attachment and a bench/chair (not shown in the poster).
