Better than my existing equipment
Best exercise equipment I’ve bought. I like working out at home and this set has made it even better. I use these bands over my existing home equipment because I get a better burn and they are easier to use. Plus I can pack the in my suit case for trips and not miss a beat. Perfect for your home gym
Im really loving these bands, I still have some workouts to learn as im used to just lifting and doing calisthenics. But these bands are very high quality and the price is great. Ive been using them a couple weeks now to help workout my Biceps, shoulders and chest. They honestly go great with my kettlebells and i get a great pump. Im gonna continue to use these at least 1-2 times per week and try to learn some more workouts i can use them for.

The bands are durable and dependable. I use 4-5 days a week and no issues. The lighter weight bands tend to stretch. Good product will buy again.
