It brakes almost instantly, and changing speeds is a breeze with the handle. It’s got cool lights for nighttime too. There are so many reasons why this scooter is great. It can go up to 23 mph and has a long-lasting battery and a wide deck. It’s sturdy and can fold up small, which makes getting around really quick and easy.It’s my third scooter. Having previously purchased two scooters from another company, I can confidently assert that the Hiboy stands out as a true gem in its category.Enter the Hiboy, a game-changer in every sense. This marvel not only astonished me with its extended battery life – allowing me to go three days between charges on a full battery – but also significantly outpaced my previous scooter models. Missing parts canât unlock the battery compartment or finish assembling the steering. Also missing the battery charger wall adapter.If resolved I will update my review if not I will be returning this item.

It accelerates smooth as butter, whether I’m taking off or zipping along. Hills? No problem. It powers through like it’s nothing. I’ve never had a moment of doubt about its performance.The battery life is sick. I can ride for ages on one charge. I use it for my daily commute, and I don’t have to stress about running out of juice. It’s a lifesaver for those who rely on their scooters to get around.The turn signals are a smart touch. In traffic, safety is key, and these bright signals make sure I’m seen. It’s a simple feature that makes a huge difference.And the wide footboard? It’s amazing. I’ve got plenty of room for my feet, even in big shoes. It gives me great balance, so I feel super stable when I’m riding fast or making turns.All in all, the Hiboy X300 is a top – tier scooter. Solid scooter, terrible customer service.
Rear tire had a puncture straight out of the box. The packaging inside was very barebones foam with the charger and accessories bouncing around. I contacted Hiboy over the phone and they told me to have Amazon deal with it. What’s the point of a warranty if you’re not gonna do anything for me for a brand new product that’s almost a thousand dollars? I called you, Hiboy, to help me with your product that came damaged. Frustrated, I hung up and called Amazon.Amazon was a little better about this, they gave me the option to ship it back and get a new one or take a partial refund and have a shop replace the tire for me. I reluctantly took the partial refund because I needed the scooter asap and was kinda pushed towards this option on top of already being incredibly frustrated with the whole ordeal.My solution was to use tire slime to repair the back tire to get me up and running. Only rode a few miles and so far it’s solid. I wish the folding mechanism was a little easier like niu’s scooters. Front hydraulics and the thick tires make going over bumps super smooth. I wish the desk was flush with the rest of the scooter base when locked, a bit concerned about getting caught in the rain. The overall build stands to be a bit better but it’s good enough, I just wish it was like my kqi3 pro, but all the extra bits like turn signals, front hydraulics, and removable battery make it a fair tradeoff. If it wasn’t for having a flat tire straight out of the box and horrendous customer service from Hiboy, I’d give this scooter a 4/5 stars.
