One of the best budget computers!!
Box came damaged but the computer itself was untouched! I love my new computer, it was totally worth the money. Its a super fast computer with a nice amount of space. Keyboard works and its super easy to use as long as you know how to work a computer. It does not include a touch screen. Anyways, this is the best budget computer to buy! Buy it!!

Defective Item
I got this computer and it could not even power on. It was clear that it was either a refurbished device or just defective in general. HP is a reputable brand. It’s such a shame that this vendor has marketed such a disreputable product. Did they even check to determine if the computer was functional? I think not!The computer arrived on Tuesday, April 30th and was returned by Wednesday, May 1st due to its uselessness.Imagine my surprise when the refund was processed and they charged me a restocking fee of $75.53! Why am I being charged a restocking fee on a device that was not used and was only returned because it does not work. It was returned less than 24 hrs after it was received. This feels like a criminal act. SHAME ON YOU SIMPLERITE! I need my $75.53 refunded to my card.

Excelente opción de compra. Es una laptop muy eficiente a un precio económico. Para los usuarios de latinoamérica hay que tomar en cuenta que tiene teclado en ingles (por lo tanto no hay tecla “ñ”), tambien el Windows 11 arranca en ingles. Pero podemos configurarle el teclado a español latinoamericano y en el panel de control regionalizar el idioma al español. Tras unas descargas de paquetes y un reinicio, el Windows iniciara en español. La laptop es color plata o aluminio. Solo el marco de la pantalla es color negro. Hasta el momento, en el uso que le hemos dado no hemos notado que el equipo se caliente.

Item was well packed and delivered within 2 days. So far no complaints with the machine. But surprised to receive power cord with wrong plug. Given it was bought in Dubai from a local vendor, I expected a local, flat 3-pin adapter but instead got an American one. Now have to buy a converter plug.
