Great computer
Great computer. The only thing is that the black lines are used for the keys don’t show up very well. I would have preferred it was easier to identify the keys with a thicker black writing.

dead in less than 30 days, not a touch screen
Product was ordered for me by my husband, so when it didn’t have the touch screen we figured that he just made a mistake, (going thru medical issues) but now that it wont turn on after less than 30 days, I am trying to figure out how to get help and see that it is supposed to be touch screen and also this “cefesfy” that isn’t here either. Very unimpressed!

It IS touchscreen…
Bought this to replace my old HP touchscreen laptop that I had had for 8 years or so. Glad they’ve improved the hinges which broke on both my last two HP laptops. Have only had this one for day but am very happy with the new one. Packed well and appreciated no Styrofoam. Only downside is that I was told by my ‘puter store guy that my old one had a replaceable battery and the new ones don’t. The battery is built in. I thought it was another instance of the “don’t fix, just buy a new one” economic mindset and that with the fact that I thought this one was NOT touchscreen (according to several reviews) made me look for a “renewed” one of my old model. Found one and was going to buy it, but Amazon wouldn’t ship it to me (I live in Hawaii) so I bought this new one.
