I needed a new Windows 11 laptop. My Win 7 box just wasn’t cutting it anymore, too many web site errors as the browsers I had all would not update anymore. Laptop arrived in a plain box which I appreciate since I live in a condo complex and deal with porch pirates. Took about 2 hours to get set up but that’s mostly because windows 11 asks too many ??’s. Very happy with it so far and I have been trusting Lenovo products for years and they have lasted me for years.

works as expected. However, had to hire a “windows expert” to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates

Did not come with Windows pro
I bought 2 of these laptops specifically because they stated it came with Windows Pro installed. After setup, both laptops had the Windows Home version. I can’t use these for business purposes without a pro version of Windows.

this computer was straight up asking for the product key after the laptop started and finishing the initial setup. Usually any computer purchased online should be having a licensed OS installed unless said otherwise on the product description. Either this was a faulty installation or this device must’ve been tampered with.

My recent purchase this laptop (Lenovo V15) resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. Upon receipt, the packaging was found to be opened, and the invoice was inside the laptop box. A faint line is visible on the laptop screen, potentially indicating a defect. The Lenovo warranty check reveals only 11 months remaining, commencing October 2024, suggesting prior use and it was a not UAE version laptop (nigeria version). This is unacceptable, as I ordered a new, unused laptop. I contacted the seller immediately, and they explained that the box was opened to upgrade the RAM, there was nothing mentioned about the RAM upgraded in the productdescription. Otherwise, I would not have purchased the product.
