It works well. Exactly as advertised.
This laptop was able to run two games, a discord call and an internet browser with around 20 tabs open all at the same time without warming up and sounding like it was having an asthma attack. I’d say that’s money well spent.

Unbelievable build quality for this pricepoint
My dad bought a computer at the same time at Best Buy, and for the same price the best he could get was half the RAM and half the GB. I also shopped around and couldn’t find a remotely comparable deal.I’ve only had the computer for a couple of months but I noticed I can run Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator and InDesign at the same time, and surf the Internet with no delays. If I try to throw a vc video chat in the mix too, I might have to close a few programs.The laptop doesn’t overheat even when I’m using while charging. I am really impressed I got such a great laptop for this price.I bought it preparing for unemployment, expecting I would have to buy another when I got a job, but this is so much more functional and durable than my old Macbook Air, for a fraction of the cost of a Pro, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Lousy, lousy, LOUSY customer service
I am absolutely LIVID!I paid for a laptop that will not work and they won’t let me send it back, I’ve been trying to contact them for a half hour on the circus ride they are sending me on via voice mail, and I could spit nails right now.Update: After 2 hours of dealing with the HP runaround (including waiting 10 minutes between them answering in the chat, I found out how to contact Amazon. The customer service was really helpful and really fast! They contacted the seller and I expect a return label within 24-48 hours. I will update as events unfold.I would still like to have this laptop setup, but only a working one, please.Update: After four days, I still had not received a return label so I had to contact Amazon again. While I was on the chat with them, I finally received the label. So that was good. What is not good is that my entire business is still on hold because it is going to take two weeks for me to get a refund on this computer than I need to work on my business and fulfill my obligations. I am not very happy as this makes my business take a big hit. I do not anticipate buying from this seller again. I am disappointed that my money will take so long to be refunded by whoever has it. I will update once again when I have more news.

Great Performance
Great performance and battery life. The case is a little flimsier than I expected, I didn’t realize that it was mostly plastic, but after traveling with it I realized it’s a lot stronger than what it seems and I actually do like the plastic casing now because it keeps it light. The power button to the keyboard is a little bit weird but I’m used to it now. Has a nice display and good screen size and is overall a good value for the performance that you get. I use this for a work laptop.

Like most HPs, perfectly functional, but inable to be decorated
I love HP laptops. This is my third (covering many years, because they last so long.) But I didn’t give this one five stars because of the surprise I got when it arrived. The entire casing, except the touchpad, is textured. Usually I would have quotes and decorative stickers next to the touchpad, and a stick-on cover with perhaps a work of art (my last was The Irises by Van Gogh) on the lid. I can’t do that with this laptop, so it is the most boring, dreary laptop I’ve ever had. Next time if I order one online, I am going to be sure there is no texturing.

A few “key” issues here. But a great purchase!
The keys stick after heavy use. Being the author of books I am dependant upon the functionality of the keyboard. These particular keys could easily get food particles underneath them and cause them to stick, or for whatever reason, a couple of them have been vulnerable to my 20+ years of typing experience.The performance is fantastic. The big screen is a huge upgrade from my 13.8inch laptop which I wrote nearly all of my previous books on. Data transfer was easy, and setup was an absolute breeze. I use and hold regularly almost 30+tabs for research and writing on a daily basis, and this laptop handles it much better than my previous. The weight itself is actually fairly good. Being a bigger laptop, I expected it to be considerably heavier. However i was surprised to find that it is within my acceptable weight limits.5/5 Overall I’m quite happy with this purchase. nobody had a better deal anywhere price for specifications, Costco or other local stores, even searching Amazon for other business laptops that could even compare to these specifications were in the $1200 range.

Bluetooth issues
Ok product for the price.Relatively fastThe issue Iâve been having from week one is Bluetooth pairing.Every other day the blue will nut connect to my mouse. It just blinks and shows not connected. At 1st I thought it was my mouse so I tried 4 other. No it (is) the laptop.Was on chat with an AI that had me try some things, but still doing the same thing.

solo le doy una estrella para que me dejara comentar, el producto es de malisima calidad, plástico total, no tiene ni una etiqueta de identificación con número de serie o modelo, además que el servicio de paqueteria no la entregó en mano a nadie, solo la dejaron caer por encima de una reja con el riesgo de que alguien más pudiera tomar el paquete y llevarselo, es una decepción total que una empresa tan “seria” tenga este tipo de actitudes en cuanto a la calidad de sus ventas y la etica de sus repartidores
