Just what I expected
This PC arrived in nearly new condition. It only has a couple of minor scuffs on the case. The performance is excellent for what it is. It is very responsive, never slow, and very quiet. It came with Windows 11 installed just as advertised. There is also space to add a second drive. I use this machine for general web surfing, Youtube videos, working from home, and such. The wireless keyboard and mouse that come with the PC are cheap and lightweight. The keyboard works OK, but the mouse doesn’t work very well, so I just use my old one. I am very happy with this purchase.

Horrible tech refurbishing
First got the desktop, hdmi port did not work, didn’t come with wireless as advertised. Sent it in to get fixed, waited almost another month for me to get a new “upgraded” computer, even though it is the same processor, same ram, same hard drive. They included the wireless antenna this time, which was loose in the housing, and the Bluetooth doesn’t work. Brought it up and was told to reinstall os and update drivers to get it working in the windows 10 os. Problem is, the os is windows 11….apparently this company does not know much about recertified computers

Excellent value vs price, but …
The HP Prodesk 600 G4 was an excellent price vs. value. The only thing I did not like was that in the description they said that it had no visible cosmetic damage to 12 inches. Well I got away from the computer 24 and 36 inches and if cosmetic damage is seen, they are old blows and scratches.In addition the power of the WiFi and Bluetooth signal and that is already incorporated, the signal is extremely poor, very weak.In my house I have Wi-Fi Mesh Netgear with 3 satellites, so the wifi signal on this PC is very weak.I solved it by buying an external antenna, the Netgear Nighthawk A700 model, Wi-Fi AC1900 dual band.Important, connect the wi-fi external antenna to a minimum USB 3.0 port, this antenna needs super speed.Then on eBay I bought a mask for $ 28 in perfect condition to replace this mask hit and scratched.Also, for $ 36 I bought the extended warranty for 3 years.Conclusion, so far the PC works perfectly, very powerful, fast, enough for a university student.

Too many problems
Keyboard/Mouse/bluetooth do not work. They are so old that their box does not mention Windows 11, only earlier editions as being compatible. Made by a Chinese company, QR-90, or Quindar or Quality Recertified (not the Colorado Quindar that analyzes spacecraft and satellites).. Not much information about the company is available, nor any manuals or instructions for these products.I cannot properly install Bluetooth. Windows says installation would violate core protection (see both screen prints). So I go to the core isolation page in Windows security and turn âmemory integrityâ off, install the blue tooth USB dongle (see same screen print), and when I try to turn on âmemory integrityâ it lists the same files as not permitting âMemory integrityâ to be turned on. So I delete those files from the installation, and now blue tooth does not work.The computer is Windows 11, but the tag on the bottom and the accompanying flyer say it is Windows 10, so clearly it has been upgraded from 10 to 11.The computer is so old that manuals are not available from HP (manuals for computers from the same series are available and do the job).The computer fan often runs on high, even though the temperature is in the 60s in the room. Is something overheating?No mouse pad was included.The only document enclosed with the computer referred to CNB Computers Inc for assistance. They do not respond.

Lastimosamente me fue muy mal con la computadora, cunado la intenté configurar en la parte donde bajan donde decia comprobando actualizaciones de me apagó, espero 5 minutos y volvà hacer el proceso y se apagó en otras dos acoasiones, decidà devolver la maquina. Lastima por que se veia que era una buena computadora

Very Difficult
The computer itself is decent for the price, and can run most programs such as Docs, Word, and Excel. NOT FOR GAMING! The problem I have is Bluetooth and WiFi integration. I had trouble connecting to my printer, and the Keyboard+Mouse combo it came with was not user friendly. Other than that it came on time and in great condition. 5/5 presentation for what you get, and 3/5 for user simplicity.
