Great home or small biz all-in-one computer
This all-in-one computer is great for tasks like web-browsing, video streaming and daily home/office work. It has sufficient memory and fast SSD to keep it running smoothly without lag. The screen is bright and vibrant. The windows 11 pro is a bonus point. Plus, the design saves a lot of desk space. It’s perfect for home or small-biz use.

Great for Watching Movies
I use it at night to wind down with Netflix or YouTube. The screen is bright and the sound is better than I expected. It feels like a mini home theater setup. Perfect for relaxing.

Nice PC
Several times, actually often, the screen statics….like the words and pictures become disoriented. And several times the screen has blinked black. It is beginning to concern me. 033121040921… I am still having the same problems with this PC.. Hate to return since I have downloaded all my files and programs. But I am afraid it is going to crash on me.051021…I spent 4 hours with HP Support after Amazon supplier told me to contact them about the PC even thought the 30 day return window was not up when I contacted them about the continual problem with the screen blacking out and then the words and pictures becoming distorted. They completely uninstalled windows and reinstalled it. The same problem exist and for a day or so it was so slow it was unreal. I today have contacted HP again and request repair or replace for this $934.00 machine. I will not buy another PC again through a different supplier from Amazon. It still has the exact same problem.

Hits the sweet spot for a general purpose home computer
Note that Amazon has lumped the reviews of two different computers here. I’m writing about the 2020 24-df0170, which for me has a really good set of features and capabilities for a mid-range general purpose home computer to replace an older laptop that hasn’t left the house for several years. The processor, graphics, audio, display, memory and storage are all solid performers but not super expensive. The desktop footprint is right for a desk. The added touches include DVD drive, camera and microphone, multiple USB 3.0 ports. The wired keyboard and mouse are only adequate and will probably be replaced eventually. For me, it has enough computing power for typical office and business applications and some game playing, along with decent video and audio for entertainment, at a very reasonable price.

Well Built
The setup is flawless. This All In One HP is a joy to work on. The Keyboard is soft to the touch and very elegant. In terms of performance it is a very capable computer. So far I have tested several programs and it runs very smoothly. I have had other high end laptop but I must say the quality and built is excellent from my standpoint. I am not good with reviews but I don’t mind recommending this model.

Terrible Customer Service
The computer isnât terrible. HP, on the other hand, has abysmal customer service. Well within our warranty one of the computers stopped working. I contacted HP and the solution was not acceptable to me. I was not willing to wait 4-6 weeks to have my computer gone. We do homeschooling and to have our computer out for an extended period of time is not acceptable to me. Regardless I had no option but to create the case. I spent several phone calls on hold for a ridiculous amount of time trying to get everything set up to get this horrible process started. Finally I did receive the box to send the computer back. My husband boxed it up according to their directions and I created a fed ex pick up.The computer was picked up and then shockingly two days later the computer was delivered back to our home. The label on the box was the first indication something was wrong as it said to: HP⦠so nothing has changed. It was addressed to HP yet delivered back to me. The box has obviously been opened and very badly taped back up. I refuse to touch that box now because I am not getting blamed for anything that could have possibly happened while it was away.This was 6/16. On 6/17 I called HP four times trying to reach our assigned case manager to discuss. I left two voicemails and also spoke to another agent who assured me I would receive a call back yet I still havenât. Called two more times Friday. Never reached. Then I get an email yesterday saying thanks for sending the computer back. Ummm what?!?! It is sitting in my foyer. I left you voice mails about the problem. What is going on there?!?!The last red flag is waving and I am done. I want either a full refund or a new (NOT REFURBISHED) replacement. I will not ever purchase HP again after this experience. It is NOT OK to treat your customers this way and expect any sort of brand loyalty. It wonât happen.
