HP products just keep on ticking.
As promised and more. Mini size perfect it’s small but very powerful.I paid the pros to set up and transfer data and programs from previous machine. Well worth the money!!!The unit was delivered in one piece. Plus I got a great price.I can’t be happier.

What a disappointment
So here is an update: seller reached out to me and after receiving the pc back found there was a problem. He refunded all my money including the restocking fee. He went out he way to solve or to fix the problem. He sounds like he truly believes in the product he is selling and genuinely cares about customers. I wish I would have contacted him from the start instead of just returning the product. I truly believe he would have done anything he possibly could to fix the product. I was really excited about this mini PC, but as soon as I set it up and was loading it, I got all kinds of errors. It wouldnât load some of my files. It kept glitching. It also only has a headphone jack not a separate jack on the back to hook up my speakers too. I thought OK no problem. I bought a splitter, hooked my stereo and subwoofer in one port and my headphones in the other port and just knew that I would have to unplug one while listening to the other but every time I took one off and kept one on all the settings would change it would make a loud cracking noise Which doesnât make if you just put the speakers in the regular Jack or the headphone jack it was kind of a pain in the butt so I just returned. It did a complete reset put everything back in the original packaging sent it back and the seller refunded me my money, but took $165 as a restocking fee. I wish there was something else I could do probably gonna try and dispute it maybe even turn the seller into HP.
