Better Than Expected – HP Elitebook 840
The HP elite book I received was in fantastic condition. It looks brand new.It came with an instruction sheet with steps for first-time set-up that couldnât have been easier. I would recommend this product/provider to anybody who wants to have an easy experience with a new PC.The laptop has the ports (USB-C and HDMI) that I need to an already-owned base/dock for external connection to external monitors and a printer. It also has standard USB connections for me to connect a wireless keyboard and a separate wireless mouse when Iâll be traveling.The laptop has good speed and has been great over the several days Iâve had it. I havenât yet taken it anywhere so I cannot yet speak to the batteryâs performance.

Laptop Did Not Charge
My job bought this computer for me to use as I needed another one for work and we received it. Yes, I understand this is refurbished so you get what you pay for but when we received it the battery port was morning. The laptop was not holding a charge. The light near the port was blinking when we plugged in the charger and it turned off. The laptop would not come on. We even used a different charger to see if it was the charger itself but it did the same thing.
