Nice quality pc
This computer is very fast, it copies files extremely fast and it’s totally silent compared to my old W10 pc.The set up was very quick, took maybe 10 minutes to do but the automatic updates took another 20 minutes and it automatically saw my wifi connection right away. The only thing I found that I didn’t like about it is the quality of sound, I’m using my old W10 speakers where the quality was much better. I did install FxSound and that fix the sound quality, it’s now better than my W10. Overall I’m very happy with this pc, it’s a nice pc for it’s low price.

Prefer HP products
It was time to update to Windows 11. I prefer HP products. I found the CPU easy to install, upload my wireless printer, cell phone, burn a disk and use settings more easily. Keyboard included is a little different, kept hitting key instead of capital key. Sound is clear. Before I updated my internet, speed with quick loads and updates on metered internet. I kept my old monitor and it played clearly without issue. Good value for the money.

Great computer for the price
This is an outstanding computer I bought the windows 11 pro 2 terabytes 64 for the price you canât beat this computer. Easy to setup imported my settings from my windows 10 pro. Easy to learn fast reboot. Love the DvD external.This computer I give it a five star rating. Computer was right on time. The computer is fast downloading made easy. I highly recommend it.

Nice but DVD-RW is external
Nice computer tower.Deducting one star-DVD-RW is not part of the unit.They just send you external one.Not specified in description.Otherwise nice upgrade for me and setup was easy.Would recommend.

Wow love this PC
I have read a few bad reviews, but also a few good. So I went ahead and ordered one as my current PC was starting to give me issues.So far about a week in and everything is perfect. Can’t get over how fast it is! I read in some reviews of noise .. I have not heard any noise coming from it that is any louder than what came from my old PC, it is actually a lot quieter.Very happy with this purchase.

BUYER BEWARE – Poor customer service if there is a problem; even when still under HP warranty!
It was a great computer for 5 months, but due to a defective 16GB ram chip the computer will no longer boot up. It has become a $550 paperweight. The computer is still under factory warranty and HP diagnosed the problem as defective ram but is only willing to send a replacement 4GB ram chip; Amazon provides no way to contact the seller, ProTech PC, and Amazon isn’t willing to help in anyway even though they advised me in an email that if the manufacturer did not provide a resolution to contact Amazon again for a solution. Have spent countless hours via email, chat and phone calls with both Amazon and HP to no avail. Yes, I know I can pony up and buy my own 16GB ram chip…but it’s the principal of the matter! $550 for 5 months of use is too steep a price to pay on a retired income. Buyer beware! If any of the parties involved would like to step up and make this right, I will be more than willing to revise my review.

Does what I need it to do
Easy to set up. Handles what I need just fine. I often have two or more windows open at a time no problem. I do play games and thought I needed a gaming computer but turns out I was wrong; this one does all I need.
