Build upper body strength through assisted pull-ups!
Outstanding product. Itâs not the pull-up bar, but the regularity with which you use it. This product will have you feeling confident and getting the repetitions in, which I think is the point. Itâs so interesting how just the first level of assistance is enough to get 12-15 pull-ups in for me, in just one set. Repeat that 5 or 6 times and Iâll be feeling it the next day and the day after that. Without assistance Iâm lucky if I can get 8 reps in one set, which sets me up to become disinterested in further sets. The human psyche is a Turkish bazaar, where only the hagglers break even. The foot rest is very comfortable and though my pull-up bar wasnât designed with this product in mind, I keep this product attached to it at all times and have gotten stronger for it. The value for the money is well worth it when you consider the law of inertia (which cannot be circumnavigated). Itâs a good looking design too, and doesnât look out of place in my house, permanently. The buckles, clips and clasps seem and feel durable. I recommend this product.

Must have for pull-up training
This is a wonderful accessory to have for beginning oneâs pull up journey. It is so easy to get your feet in and out and unlike resistance bands there is virtually no risk of bruising the old perineum. Even now that I have become proficient at pull-ups it is still useful for a final burnout set or attaining good chest to bar technique.

Good product but needs variable band weights
Product is good. I enjoyed using it with the assist, but what keeps it from getting a five star in my mind is the lack of variability in the assist. Everything is a 75 pound band there should be variable resistant bands 50, 75, 100

Great for training
Yes this is a 10 for anybody that wants to use something to assist them to do pull-ups put this in your bag of tricks. You can even attach it to a tree and get a pretty good workout. If the branch is the right size for your hands! I bring mine to the gym. It’s easy to assemble. It’s got a great design and you can use it for many exercises, not just pull-ups

Not terrible.
If you have a fat gut, the straps rub on your gut during pull-ups. If you are looking for something to make it easier to do pull-ups, this will help, but it will still be a lot of work! If you have never done pull-ups and all the muscles involved in doing pull-ups are weak, the 3 straps that come with the system are not enough, but better than nothing. That said, the system as a whole is well made and the foot cups are actually easier to step into. Pretty good value for the money spent.

Great buy now after trying this out for awhile!
Took a chance on this and found itâs a great buy. A year ago I strained my rotator cuff and this is greatly assisting me now, to start pull-ups again to counter full body weight. Itâs similar functionality to a gym pull-up assist machine. You do have to posture your body in a way to now swing too much while doing your routine. But I great addition to my home gym equipment.
