Why some customers mention the alarm goes off without my knowledge?
In old version, some TV remote may interfere the alarm, made the alarm ON by mistake. We have fixed this problem in the new version. Now it’s rare to happen like that. There’s also a MUTE option to avoid. You can set the volume to OFF
Why some customers said the day of the week is wrong?
Because they have set a wrong “YEAR”. According to most of our feedback, many customers forget it’s now 2024 Year and they have set it to 2023. After that, the day of week will automatically calculate by mistake.
The RGB colors keep changing. Can I freeze it to a certain color?
Yes, you can hold “Display Color” button until your favorite color appears, then release the button and the color will freeze.
Does it use battery to work? What will it happen if it lose power.
No, it doesn’t need AAA batteries. It MUST plug in to work with adapter(included.) Because LED lights need much power to work. If you use battery, it needs to replace very often. However, there’s a CR2032 battery inside for setting memory.

I really like it but there are a few drawbacks.
Long story short, I love it but there are a few things that hold it back from perfection.Pros…1. Obviously, the size of the display is a pro if your vision isn’t the best (or if you just like big displays). Nice and big. Can see it across the room without my glasses. That’s exactly what I wanted.2. Lots of color options. Whatever color pleases you, you can probably find it.3. Relatively good value for the money. I mean, what can I say. I’m in my 50s and there wasn’t anything like this for anywhere near this price when I was younger.Cons. These are mostly relatively minor cons but still worth pointing out.1. No battery backup. There are other similar clocks to this one on Amazon that do have a battery backup but this one doesn’t. I chose this one because it had features I really wanted the other ones either didn’t have or I was unable to determine if they had them or not. Still. It’s a little bit annoying to have to reset it if it loses power.2. There doesn’t seem to be a snooze function for the alarm like you would have on almost any other digital alarm clock ever made. For those of us who really need the snooze button sometimes, this is more than a little inconvenient. Who designs an alarm clock these days without snooze? Maybe someone who doesn’t use alarm clocks.3. Seems to really be more designed to hang on a wall (though I don’t think it would be very attractive due to the tacky looking cord snaking down the wall). You can actually sit it on a flat surface like a nightstand or something. Which is what I’ve done. But it is a little bit wobbly this way and wouldn’t take much to cause it to fall over. I kind of wish it came with some kind of “feet” to make it more stable when it’s used this way rather than as a wall clock.4. The thermometer seems to be off by at least 2 degrees. I don’t mind too much because I have other thermometers but why is it there if it isn’t accurate?5. The custom colors function doesn’t seem to have any way to save a color you really like. It can be pretty fiddly to get the color just right with the remote and if you ever change it, you’ll have to spend probably 5-10 minutes getting the color right again.6. This clock has a novel feature in that it includes a countdown timer. The problem is that the longest time you can set it for is 30 minutes. Which seriously limits it’s usefulness.Conclusion – I gave this 5 stars due to the fact that I still really like this thing despite a few annoyances.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This clock is a great size and adds to our living room. It has many pretty color shifting features, lots of information on the face like the date and the day of the week that aid our household constantly Our cord got damaged in home for this and our clock was non functional for a time being as a result and we realized even more how much weâve loved it since February as we look to where it hangs constantly even with it off I reached out to customer service and they were so easy to get a ahold of by email, so fast to reply, and when a new charger somehow didnât fix my problem, I sent them an error message that started up and they shipped us a new clock ASAP without me asking. Great customer serviceÂ

Great clock with a small battery
This has been a great clock, we have it hanging in our living room, its not too bright, and is very easy to see, setting the time was simple and its maintained accuracy along pretty close to the same as our cell phones. The color rotation is actually very nice and not badly done, its not a “rainbow puke” rgb shift, its subtle enough that unless your watching it, you wont really notice it. over all this clock has been worth the money paid for it! This clock also appears to have a small battery in it in order to keep the time in case of a short power outage, but know that the display will not work if your not plugged into a wall outlet

Beautiful product and great customer service. I needed help after my product arrived with a glitch and they sent a new one quickly and without hassel.Which is great because I use this daily. I love setting the timer on this and seeing how much I get cleaned or get done in just 30 minutes or one-hour. It seems like the only thing that actually motivates or tricks my adhd mind into action.

Great purchase for modern home
I looked for long time, did bunch of research to find a wall clock for our living room, it had to be elegant, modern, it had to be white color and black background, I wanted to show the time obviously but also day of the week and date also DTS to automatic, and this clock does all that. I only wish it would have atomic clock but that is not a deal breaker. The extra features are it has colors you can peak from and it has auto dimmer that i found to be very nice. Overall good purchase, will see how accuracy is over time.Â

I love my clock even though I dropped the remote once, the after installing it didn’t hit the floor hard at it all, the little battery thingy fell out and it has never worked since. This saddens me because I can’t dim it and it is very bright at night when I am trying to sleep. Any suggestions would be great!

Great for offices
I put this in my office and it works great! Multiple color modes, an under light you and toggle off and on as well as an included remote. The display is clear and legible with bright colors and the temperature is roughly correct. Multiple co-workers have wanted the link sent to them for their own offices at home.
