Customers say
Customers appreciate this meal replacement shake’s taste, noting it’s not too sweet, and praise its powerful blend of organic superfoods and long list of organic ingredients. The product is filling for hours and provides amazing vitamin content, while being easy to mix with water or plant milks. However, the texture receives mixed feedback, with some describing it as creamy while others find it gritty, and customers consider it pricey.

Best out there! Smoooth â¦
Over the last few months Iâve tried a few different âmeal replacementâ shakes. For fair comparison, Iâve used the same blender, added the same extras (see my little list below) and the same amount of ice and milk.KaâChava is BY FAR the tastiest and smoothest Iâve tried. Almost like a gourmet chocolate milkshake. That said, the whole purpose of these things (for me) is to do better with my nutrition and curb my appetite.Consider the add-ins below â Iâm not a physician or dietician, and some of these can add a bunch of calories (so watch the amounts), but after doing a bunch of research as to what others are adding to their meal replacement smoothies, Iâve settled on these:Fresh (not frozen) organic Banana, organic unsweetened peanut butter powder, cinnamon powder, walnuts, organic beet root powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, cacao powder, *wee* pinch of cayenne pepper powder, organic raw honey, frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, 15 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and finally – about 20 oz of ice cubes (if you add more ice = thicker).I blend about 4 times for maximum creaminess ⦠first with just the milk and KaâChava plus beet root powder. Then, as that first mix is settling in and absorbing I add everything else *except* the ice – now blend a second time. Now I add the ice cubes. I blend the third time on the Ice Crush setting, and finally a 4th blend on the Smoothie setting. I gotta tell you what I get (with any product Iâve tried) is a silky-smooth and creamy shake. The difference Iâve found is KaâChava is a good bit smoother, creamier, and tastier than the others. Hands down my favorite, and so I put it on an Amazon subscription. Finally, the price. Heck yes, itâs quite expensive, but there are two tricks to get around that: first, you donât have to have it every day. Next, and this really works – instead of two âheapingâ scoops as recommended, just put one! Yes, youâre not getting the full nutrient density with every shake, but with the add-ins I mentioned plus any others you may decide upon, you ARE getting a decent shot of nutrition you might not otherwise get, and your appetite is curbed. And, psst ⦠donât tell anyone but the taste is still awesome with just one scoop!Oh, I do recommend looking up how to open the bag correctly. I didnât and ruined the seal ⦠so, I have to roll up the top, put a clip on it and store the bag in the fridge. Small price to pay.To your health! ðð

KaâChava Review â A Game-Changer for a Busy Home Health Nurse with IBD
DISCLAIMER – I wrote short novel here but itâs warrantedI ordered my first KaâChava bag through Amazon, and delivery was smoothâactually arrived earlier than expected. As someone with IBD, I was especially relieved to find no GI issuesâhuge win right out of the gate.Iâve tried it both with milk and ice-cold water (1:1 ratio), and both were great. I havenât added any extras yet, though I may experiment later. The taste and texture are enjoyable as-is.Yes, itâs on the pricey sideâbut if youâre a regular at fast food places or coffee shops, it actually balances out or even saves money. I used to spend $15 per fast food stop, five days a weekâthatâs $300/month. Two bags of KaâChava cost me about $160 and last just as long. For me, thatâs a bargain.Iâm a home health wound nurse and on the road from 10 AM to 7 PM. Iâd become a gas station food regularâconvenient but terrible for my gut, weight, energy, and mood. Not great when youâre trying to provide care to fragile patients. KaâChava has helped turn that around.I started with half a serving because I usually skip breakfast (easy nausea). No nausea! The half shake did leave me a bit hungry by lunch, so I tried a full serving the next dayâsipped it slowly and stayed full until 6 PM. Fantastic.Bonus tip: If youâre looking for a great shaker cup, I highly recommend the Helimixâno clumps, no shaker ball, and super easy to clean. I love my Ninja, but this cup does the job with minimal fuss. You can find them on Amazon.I also take fewer supplements now, and even my usual prescription med nausea has disappeared. The nutrient density in this shake is doing something right.Bottom line? KaâChava is worth it. Nutritionally, financially, and functionallyâitâs been a real lifesaver for me, and Iâll be sticking with it.

Real Honest Review
Iâve been replacing breakfast with the KaâChava Matcha shake several mornings a week. It mixes effortlessly with water or almond milk, has a creamy texture, and keeps me full until lunch. The subtle matcha flavor isnât overly sweetâitâs smooth and refreshing, with a light cereal-style taste thatâs easy to enjoy.Just two scoops in water or milkâblends well in shaker bottles or blenders for busy mornings .If youâre looking for a nutrientâdense, plantâbased shake that delivers on taste and sustenance, KaâChava Matcha is a strong contender. Its wide ingredient profile supports energy, digestion, immunity, and even stress, all in one drink. It may cost more than standard protein powders, but for the blend of quality, convenience, and satisfaction, itâs worth it.

AMAZING!!!!!! So yummy!
So let me start off by saying I have not been able to find a protein powder that I enjoy and does not taste like ick! My coworker told me about this one and so I decided to give it a try. I initially ordered vanilla and was a bit disappointed because it had that protein taste that I canât stand. I added a banana and it was just ok but still not enjoyable. I told my coworker that it was not great and she told me to try the coconut. Before I wasted money I tasted hers and OMG, ALAS!! I mix coconut water, 2 scoops of coconut protein powder, frozen strawberries, pineapples, mango, and peaches ( comes in one bag) and it tastes just like a pina colada smoothieâ¦.literally no protein taste, THE BEST!! I will be ordering a couple more bags just I in case they do away with this flavor!!!

Pricey but Tasty
Pricey but really tasty. Gives me good energy and filling enough to get me from morning to late afternoon. I add cacao nibs for something to nibble, which helps, too!
