Performance that exceeds expectations! Nice Home Theater PC with Windows 11
I am using the KAMRUI AK1PLUS for my home theater; my old Mini-PC could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Speaking of Windows 11, I was surprised the first time I turned on the PC, Windows 11 popped up to my screen. I do not believe Windows 11 was noted in the product description, so this was an excellent boon!Fast booting PC with Wi-Fi and is ultra silent. It comes with a power supply and has two HDMI ports for connecting to a monitor or HDTV. In addition, it has sharp 4K graphics. There are ample USB ports (USB 3.0 x 2 & USB 2.0 x 2) on the side and back of the unit. Also, I still have 2.5″ SSD Hard Drives from past computers, and this Mini PC allows the use of this form factor, which is hard to find in a Mini PC these days. Access to the 2.5â SSD compartment is easy and allows for fast installation of the drive. The 2.5″ SSD supports up a maximum of 2TB. Overall, excellent value and I am happy with the purchase.

Great casual Steam server
I got it and immediately put nixos on it. Installed the right graphics drivers and a sunlight server. Runs steam and steam games really well (at least the casual ones I own, nothing too intense). I’m using a dummy hdmi plug. Cpu usage is minimal when using moonlight/sunlight due to hardware encoding. Power consumption is about 6 watts when idle as measures by a ‘kill-a-watt’ device. If I weren’t connecting to it remotely, but instead were using it as a desktop, I’d want usb-c, but I don’t miss it too much with how I use it. Would buy again and would recommend to anybody with a similar use case. Tech has come a long way in the past decade.

Small powerful everything you could ask for
This is an excellent computer. I canât believe it came in two parts. The actual computer is so little itâs amazing especially what it can do. It is a powerful small machine. This is by far one of my most favorite computers ever. I have tried quite a few computers on Amazon. This one by far is my favorite. Iâm very pleased with this purchase. What a capable machine.!!

TrueNAS + KAMRUI AK1PLUS = Easy Home Storage
I purchased this on April 9, 2024 to fill a need at the time. It works reasonably well as a Set Top Box (STB) PC. I paired it with a Logitech K400 and it worked extremely well. I decided to repurpose it as a home Network Attacked Storage (NAS) Server running TrueNAS Scale. I was able to easily install a 32 GB Sodimm and 4 TB M2 SSD in the main case. What I didn’t know and found really cool was that it had a hidden USB 3.2 to 2.5 SATA dock in the base. So I purchased a 4 TB SATA SSD and installed that as well. I installed TrueNAS and everything just works!!! It uses very little power, has reasonable response time to network storage requests and the 12th Alder Lake- N95 processor is snappy.

Works Great
I am very impressed with this little device. If you need basic internet access, Office products, youtube tv… it’s perfect. Not issues, no lag, no issues. We have tried a couple of games (Roblox and City Skylines), both work perfect. As long as you don’t need USB C, this is perfect. The next time I hear my kids say they need a “gaming” computer, they will need to prove to me that this won’t work for what they use. I definitely recommend for normal everyday use.

Great for basic use
My daughter wanted a computer she could play Sims 4 on. Thatâs all she wanted. Now Sims is a graphic heavy game, but she has had no problem so far connecting to wi-fi and managing the game. The game doesnât glitch, and is able to keep up with her heavy usage. So far it has been a great value for the money.

Lags all the time
What a waste of money. Use it for daily use, web browsing, youtube, some work. It totally lags if you have more than one application open. The mouse is all over the place. Tried changing the mouse, updating software did not help. Complete waste of money.
