Why doesn’t it work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable?
Please confirm the USB-C port on your device is Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.
What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )
You need a (mini)DP to HDMI adapter for connection.
What should I do if my monitor screen keeps flickering?
Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original 30W power adapter we provided in the package.
My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
Only some series of Samsung phones(Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) work with the monitor by the original USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets need an HDTV cable to work.
Is this monitor compatible with Switch/Switch 2?
1. It is compatible with the original Switch.
2. It is NOT compatible with the New Switch 2 via the USB-C cable connection. Please connect the monitor to the HDMI port on the Switch 2’s dock to get the display signal.

This has been working GREAT! I really appreciate the instruction sent and that there is a phone number in case you have any issues. I registered mine via their QR code and they offered me a free gift. I chose the folding monitor stand and it was a nice surprise. This monitor was easy to set up, connects well to my Asus laptop, and is lightweight. Great picture quality, and excellent customer service. I’d buy this again if I need another portable monitor. 🙂

Great Portable Monitor!
This monitor is everything I was looking for! It is super easy to set up and the picture is great. I’ve taken it with me on a few trips and it fits easily in my laptop bag. It’s very thin! I love the bag that is included, definitely seems to protect the screen. I’m used to having three monitors in my home office so this helps me to be more productive when I have to work while traveling. I have a Lenovo laptop and the USB-C connection worked perfectly. I like that I can have my laptop plugged in and the USB-C will just pull power from the laptop for the screen.. then I don’t have to plug multiple things in. Overall, this was very much worth the money and I know I’ll be using it quite frequently.

Great monitor, but I can’t activate the warranty
This portable monitor works great — I used it for a while with the included magnetic cover and it was fine, but it’s even better now with a tablet stand. Great color, more than sufficiently sharp and bright for the price.The only problem I have is that you’re supposed to register it by email, but I keep getting bounce notifications as follows:554 5.7.1 REJECT Not authorizedThere’s supposedly a free accessory available for registered products, but I can’t register mine. I’m not particularly upset about the free accessory (I’d appreciate one, but I’m happy with the monitor as-is, too), but I can’t register it at all and therefore don’t have the included two year warranty. Since this is a portable electronic item, I feel like there’s more that can go wrong and I’d like the warranty coverage that is part of the product price and package.If the manufacturer sees this, can you please contact me (or respond here) with information about how to properly register my product? Thanks — great monitor, but the warranty is important to me.

I have this monitor in a workshop, and am using it as an always-on display, hooked to a security camera array, via HDMI. I find it to be absolutely perfect for this type of job. It looks great, and hasn’t skipped a beat since I turned it on.Here’s some info that may be of use if you’re considering buying one:It has a max resolution of 1080p@60Hz. It has built-in speakers that … work … but you’re not going to want to listen to music through them. It comes with a neat little protective vinyl cover, that folds up into a stand, and attaches to the back with magnets–great if you want to travel with it. It has four screw-holes on the back, for mounting it onto a wall. On the right-hand side, it has a power-button, a menu-button, and a pair of up/down buttons, used to navigate the menu and adjust volume/brightness/etc. The menu system is straightforward and simple, but using the side buttons makes navigation a little bit tedious. Thankfully, I’ve only had to enter the menu once, when I initially set it up. On the left-hand side, it has 1 full-sized HDMI port and 2 USB-C ports, one of which is used to power the device. It comes with a USB-A wall adapter, a 1.2m USB-A=>USB-C cable, a 1.2m USB-C=>USB-C cable, and a 1.5m HDMI cable.I tried connecting it to a ChromeCast, as I am considering getting a second one, for streaming the cricket. It worked fine, but since there’s no CEC, I couldn’t adjust the volume with the ChromeCast remote. I imagine I’ll probably still get the second one, as I plan on having it permanently muted anyway, but this might be an issue for some people. I also tried connecting it to my laptop over USB-C, to see if it was useable as a second monitor. This did eventually work, but it took a bit of unplugging and replugging in order to get the laptop to recognise it. I also had to keep it plugged into the wall (via the 2nd USB port), as it wouldn’t draw power from the laptop. This might’ve been an issue with my set-up, I dunno. I’ve never used a USB-C monitor before and probably won’t in the future. I just wanted to see if it worked.

I have been using this monitor since January 2025 as a second screen with Dell Inspiron14 laptop and occasionally with old Sony VIO laptop.
