Missing keyboard, but computer and mouse and AC adapter included.
Good: Lenovo All in one PC, AC adapter and mouse arrived in brand new condition. Great price for 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in the all in one configuration. Computer came with valid Win 11 Pro installation. Was shipped very quickly via 2-day delivery. Computer works fast. Excellent customer service to address missing item (keep reading…).Bad: Keyboard missing from shipping box. How was this forgotten??? Contacted seller and they issued a credit/small refund for the missing keyboard. I bought a new keyboard elsewhere. The computer really should have come with a keyboard too!Weird: The computer was packed in a protective foam insert but placed loosely in a large shipping box (there was no packing material around the foam insert that held the PC, so it was able to move freely inside the big box.. a bit troubling). The mouse and AC adapter were in a small box inside the shipping box.. Again with no protective packing like bubble wrap around it to protect it from being bumped around in the larger shipping box.This looks like a new PC but it’s not shipped in genuine Lenovo shipping materials.Other thoughts: Since this wasn’t shipped in Lenovo packaging I formatted the SSD and installed my own copy of Win 11, downloaded directly from Microsoft’s website. Just felt better to install from scratch. Would be nice if the computer came with better documentation. Only a minimal setup pamphlet was included. I looked on the bottom of the pc, got the model number and looked online on Lenovo’s website for further information. Was able to find what I needed, but when paying hundreds of dollars for a PC instructions are expected.In summary you’ll get a great PC at a lower price. If the seller makes improvements (pack the product better, ship all components including a keyboard and instructions) it’ll be a much better purchasing experience. There is no stated warranty so if the item fails it’s unclear how to get support for the PC. Rolling the dice on this purchase; I’ll update the review as needed in case issues arise.

Error Message — Horrible Customer Service
Very disappointed.. Will be returning this. The day it arrived and I went to set it up, I got an error message that there was a system fan failure (Error code 0135). Tried to call the Amazon line for support on the card they sent on Monday 7/7/25 (after 4th of July Holiday) and got no answer.. Tried 3 times and nobody answered AND there wasn’t even a message center to leave a voicemail ! I eventually found another number for help and the person had such a strong ‘accent’ that I couldn’t understand them.. He didn’t appear to know how to help me anyway! Nobody should have to deal with a problem the first day of item arriving! They did send me a label for the return and Asurian immediately issued refund on the warranty. I think I’ll check with “Best Buy” next.. for a Dell or HP. With their “Geek Squad”, I know I can get help whenever I need it.
