My New Friendly Beast
Although a bulky at 17 inches and 5+ lbs., this is more like a portable workstation/desktop than a lightweight travel laptop. (Like my Zenbook, which I had to replace because the screen cracked after dropping 2 inches). Although the description said both renewed and new, mine looked almost brand new. I won’t comment on how fast this laptop is, its features, or build quality since there are plenty of accolades online. Some pleasant surprises though, including a clean version of Windows 10, a power brick, no bloatware, good packaging, and on-time delivery. The only negative was the 2 week lead time without any communication from TekRefurbs until 48 hours before it shipped. Still, it was worth the wait.

Iâm sure the P50 is great for what it is, but the refurbished one I got is suspiciously covered in this grippy tape, and the screws on the bottom are stripped. Donât recommend the seller, but the laptop seems ok.

SOLID BUILD, my everyday Go To
This laptop/workstation is a solid performer, and it’s powerful enough to do hi def editing on big 2 hour camera footage, while serving as an every day device for internet access, and word processing, etc.In other words, it’s a PC “Swiss Knife” that still serves me well, even now in 2023!

this computer has never worked for me
it is constantly freezing up and rebooting in middle of work. It most frustrating having to start a project over on my old computer after wasting and entire day on this newer computer with larger memory and faster processor than my old computer which works fine. As far as I am concerned this computer is as much as good as a brick, I will not use it again.This is what I can figure out is the problem….The Memory Management PC error occurs when there are issues with the system’s memory management. This can be caused by corrupted system files or faulty hardware.
