I bought this on a recommendation from my son-in-law, who is a computer expert. My old Lenovo laptop was literlly falling apart, and it was time to replace it. This one arrived early, was easy to set up with my Google password, and is working great for couple weeks now. I think I’m set for another 8 years.

Right Laptops wrong chagers
Got the Lenovo T590 laptop in great condition, good price, nice and clean. The only problem was that they sent Dell chargers. These Dell chargers won’t fix Thinkpad ports.I don’t want to return the laptops, I just need the correct chargers.Through the return process, they said they can’t replace parts. All I want is the chargers that goes with the laptops.

Renewed = Used, like 3 years old
The laptop and power supply arrived in good work condition. I was able to update Windows from 10 to 11 and things are running smoothly. The screen, keyboard, trackpad and top of laptop (back of screen) are in good condition. The bottom is the only place where scratches are visible, which isn’t an issue. For the price, I would be tempted to give it 5 stars, but I am still not sure how I feel about paying this much for a 3 year old computer. Seems a little shady to not state that. I had assumed that renewed was the same as refurbished, where some returns a new product with an issue, the issue gets fixed, and then sold again. At least with the 90 day return policy I’ve got time to put some hours in using it and decide if the age is a deal breaker. Since it isn’t clearly stated in the listing, wanted to share that info for others considering the purchase.

This refurb was so good, I would have thought it was 100% factory new.
When I get a good product – one that is what I expected, I give a 4-star review. To earn a 5-star review, there has to be something extra. Something that makes me say “Wow!” This Lenovo T590 *definitely* earns 5 stars. It arrived with about 85% battery charge and a genuine Lenovo charger. I held it up to the light to look for blemishes. Top, bottom, sides, screen, keyboard. There was only one very minor blemish on the top. I only noticed it because I made a deliberate examination. Windows 10 Pro was installed (22H2), as advertised. My unit *does* have a touch-screen, which is a bonus, because it was advertised as non-touch.

DEAD BATTERY
Battery was receiving charge overnight for about 10 hours. Computer started without problems with the adapter cable connected. I proceed to to disconnect the adapter cable and as soon it was disconnected, the computer switched off. Tried several times with same result. Ran Trouble shootings recommendations with no positive results. Item was returned.

La usaré para la escuela.Me llego anteeesActualizare esto cuando la use después, pero hasta ahorita es genial.Actualización: Encendà la laptop a las 3 de la tarde, actualmente van a dar las 8 y no he podido hacer que inicie sesión. No se si se deba al correo que use o a que la computadora no lo esté leyendo. Le voy a dar unos dÃas para monitorearla. No sé si llevarla con un técnico para que la revise o devolverla de una vez.
