The sinks are held on with plugs which aren’t sturdy. The cabinet was missing the handles and the assembly wholes didn’t aline which made the cabinet weak. –

I purchased McAfee premium through Amazon three days ago. I’ve had a great deal of trouble using all the features of the product because they want to verify my personal information using an email address I once had when I worked for a company that has since gone out of business and/or a phone number I no longer have. I called an IT friend of mine for assistance and was told, in short that he doesn’t recommend McAfee and thought I’d be better off without it. I tried to delete my McAfee account and was told that I would first have to close the account with the company I purchased it from. I fully understand that Amazon can’t provide a refund, after all the app is loaded on my computer. Of course McAfee knows this and the auto renewal is five times the amount the original charge was. So my only option apparently will be to contact my bank and head off any future payments to McAfee. Be sure you really want this product before buying!

Doesn’t Like My Phone (SAFE BROWSING)
Bought this product for the VPN. Works fine on my laptop, but is very frustrating on my Samsung S9 and Samsung Galaxy tablet. VPN on those cuts on and off constantly. Websites and apps load very slow if at all most times. Had to turn off my WiFi connection to write this. Tried to send logs for troubleshooting, but couldn’t get the file to upload in a few attempts. Still have some Help avenues to pursue. Never had to go through these extraordinary efforts on previous McAfee products. Hopefully it can improve. Defeats the purpose of having VPN since my phone and tablet are what I would primarily use alternate WiFi on.EDIT Internet problems cleared up when I turned off Safe Browsing. Thought it was already off.

What can I say when this app has kept the spammers, scammers and phishers at bay. As far as an app goes, it wasn’t too bad to upload and install- even for an “old” person.

Redemption and activation
Retrieving the activation code and download the antivirus protection was easy. When activated i was able to manually download on other devices with speed. The vpn services are worth the price.

VPN conflict with a couple of apps
App with limitations and a quirk or two.I have to uninstall McAfee from my S23 for my Spectrum TV app to work on my phone. Unacceptable!After a 3 hour chat with McAfee tech support, we discovered whatever was populating the McAfee cache was keeping two Android apps (that I know of) from working: Spectrum TV and Android Smart Switch. These apps, and likely others, will not work with VPN “on”. The problem is, once the VPN is on, even after you switch it OFF, those apps will no longer work. To make them work again you need to empty the cache, a deep dive process that you don’t want to have to do repeatedly.The claimed problem by McAfee? A problem with those other apps, not McAfee.A major part of my purchase decision was the inclusion of VPN on Android.There is not yet a problem with my Windows desktop with VPN on.The other issue is Account sign in. It asks you to update your password, I did, and went back in to access info, and it says you can’t use your password because they “upgraded our authentication system”. So now they require a “passcode” where you have to go to your email to retrieve a passcode and then back to McAfee to access your account. Note to McAfee: Then get rid of the “Forgot password?” note so your customers don’t waste their time!I bought this app to “simplify” my device usage. Fail!
