Is this product compatible with HVAC systems?
No, this product is not compatible with 24V HVAC systems, including heat pumps or traditional central air conditioning systems. It also does not work with electric underfloor heating.
What systems is this product compatible with?
This product is only compatible with 100V-240V electric heating systems, such as baseboard heaters, convector heaters, and fan-forced heaters. The casing dimensions (5 x 3.5 x 1.5 in) are designed specifically for North American use.
How do I install this product?
For Four-Wire Heating Systems: Connect the live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and load (LOAD) as shown in the instructions; For Multi-Wire Thermostat Systems: Refer to the wiring diagram provided, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
How do I adjust the temperature reading on my thermostat to match the actual room temperature?
1.Turn off the thermostat and press and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds.
2.Use the Down button to find “Temperature Compensation” (Code 1).
3.Adjust the value (-9°C to +9°C) using the knob.
4.Wait to auto-save and exit.
