Great customer service
5 star for customer service. My unit had issues with the LCD screen showing lines all over even after power cycled or plug it into a USB port. Contacted customer service via their website and submitted my purchase info. Becky replied the next day and asking for a picture to review the issues. Submitted the picture and Becky promptly responded to have a new unit send to me under warranty. Just got my new unit it’s up and running again.

Good value and functionality
While not a learning thermostat, it has enough control to make it more than sufficient for all users. Install is easy. May be a bit confusing if your HVAC control board has an O/B wire as this is not clear in the manual how to connect if youâre using the c-wire adapter. You CAN CORRECT TEMPERATURE READINGS IF THEY ARE OFF. There is a menu item to adjust the offset if it reads 72 degrees and your test thermometer reads otherwise. Additional Sensor works only within 9 feet so donât try putting it far away, itâs more of a âgimmickâ as the temperature is likely not that different a few feet away. The only grande thatâs missing is the ability to set the fan mode within the schedule (I.e auto or on). There is a workaround if you create a manual routine (scene) to set the fan mode at a certain time, and back at another time (if you like the fan on while you sleep but auto the rest of the time). Works with our heat pump ac / heat system. We had no c-wire on our old thermostat, but the line to it had an extra wire not being used, so I attached it to the c terminal of the hvac, which already had another wire there likely for the a/c pump, and this does not interfere.

Easy install but you have to have something to check the actual temperature
Looks great and works well with one exception….you may have to modify the reading of it’s temperature sensor. My wife and I notice that the temperature on the screen did’t really feel like what was happening in the house. It wasn’t and there is a way to modify the sensed temperature by inputting a delta. Not hard but it was just an extra step. Don’t put the additional sensor that comes with it too far away as the signal only goes so far across a room (and not across the house).

Beautiful product but lousy performance
Beautiful product and presentation. It looks and feels like a good quality product. Great solution if no c-wire available and easy to install. I liked viewing/adjusting the temperature remotely via the app. But, I had to return all 3 devices I bought because the software on this product is not stable, it kept rebooting, and worse it kept sensing the wrong temperature in house where the difference was by 10 degrees or more. When the house temp is 73 this device was reading 64 and turning on the heat while everyone is sleeping. Unfortunately, it didnât work for us

Work amazingly well
I wanted to upgrade my old thermostat and this did the trick, I use this with my Smart Life app. and boy does it work well. Easy to program and connect to Wi-fi. I did have a “C” wire so I did not need the adapter. I am very happy I bought this and you will be too.

Nice Looking But Not Accurate
The unit is nice looking and easy to control once you go through numerous steps to get it to connect to your wifi network. Physical installation was easy, but the initial setup was difficult. After a few tries, I finally got it but I was just about to give up. The app has you pick a device to install and to find this thermostat on their list, you have to look under Small Appliances. On my iPhone, there were three thermostats to choose from, and if you choose the wrong one, it will not connect to your system. My menu showed BLE, BLE+WiFi, and WiFi. The correct one was WiFi. After messing around for about 40 minutes, I was connected.So far, so good – now the bad news – the unit shows a temperature 4º below the actual room temperature. Unfortunately, there is no manual calibration on the unit. So, if this doesn’t correct itself, I will be returning it. In the photo, there is glare, but you can see by the comparison thermometer that the actual room temperature is 80º, while the unit shows 76º. That is not acceptable.

Finally found a smart themostat that actually works with a Heat pump, emergency heat.
It actually works and uses internet for outside temperature vs the wiring on my original thermostat. I bought 3 for all my units.

Confusing instructions, didn’t regulate temperature
This product provided for 2 wire, 3wire, and C wire options. But the non-C wire hookup was confusing and I was unable to use until I hired AC guy to add c-wire wire. Pain in the backside.Then after getting it setup and “working” it could not maintain temperature in a reasonable range. Oddly similiar to another Moes product was that it got 4-5 degrees hotter than setting before it finally turned AC on. I know these AC systems need delay but was not the issue here.I avoid buying Moes products because of this. I have since bought other brands and all is working well.

Désirant pouvoir contrôler à distance ma chaudière, et lâutiliser plus tard avec les outils ALEXA et GOOGLE Home, jâai commandé ce thermostat WiFi afin de remplacer mon vieux thermostat à fil.Le thermostat MOES WiFi pour chaudières mâest livré dans une petite boîte cartonnée contenant :Le Boîtier Thermostat de couleur blanche + un jeu de 2 vis pour la fixation du boîtier + une toute petite notice dâemploi ( uniquement en langue Anglaise )Aspect extérieur du matériel :Le Thermostat WiFi se présente sous la forme dâun boîtier à encastrer dont la partie externe apparente est de dimensions 8.6 x 8.6 cm et la partie à encastrer de dimensions 5 x 5 cm ( voir les photos )Lâaspect du boîtier est élégant, il est assez lourd et fait plutôt sérieux. Sa finition est de très bonne qualité et on peut le constater au niveau de la précision des matériaux des bornes de connexion à lâarrière.Lâécran du thermostat est de type tactile et sa définition est bonne ( caractères noirs sur fond blanc rétroéclairé ). Seul regret, lâécran est un peu polarisé et il faut se mettre au bon niveau pour avoir une lecture parfaite des informations affichées.Avant de réaliser lâencastrement de ce boîtier MOES WiFi dans mon mur, à lâemplacement de mon ancien thermostat à fil ( qui était installé en applique ), jâai tiré les connexions électriques nécessaires afin de tester son fonctionnement ( voir photos ).Le Thermostat permet de programmer 6 tranches horaires + T° associée pour chacun des 5 jours ouvrés de la semaine ( Lundi à Vendredi ) et 6 tranches horaires + T° associée pour le Samedi et le Dimanche.1) Résultat des tests en mode manuel ( avec les touches sur lâécran du thermostat ) :Le thermostat fonctionne bien comme prévu, et en fonction de la programmation, son relai sâenclenche correctement lorsque la température ambiante est en dessous de la température de consigne. La programmation des jours et heures se fait correctement, et ces informations correctement affichées sur lâécran.2) Résultat des tests en mode WiFi ( avec lâapplication SMARTLIFE téléchargé sur GOOGLE PLAY ou APPLE STORE ) :La mise en Åuvre du Thermostat en mode WiFi est plutôt difficile car les indications de la notice fournie ne sont pas très explicites et jâai dû galérer un peu avant dây arriver ( Il faut aussi bien lire lâaide fournie en ligne par lâapplication SMARTLIFE au cours de lâinstallation ).( A noter : lors de lâintégration du thermostat dans votre réseau WiFi, si votre routeur comporte un mot de passe dâaccès contenant des espaces, lâapplication SMARTLIFE refusera de continuer, donc il faudra changer le mot de passe de votre routeur en conséquence. )Malgré cela, une fois lâinstallation du Thermostat en mode WiFi terminée, le matériel se comporte parfaitement comme en mode manuel, mais cette fois-ci via lâutilisation de lâapplication SMARTLIFE sur votre tablette ou Smartphone ( voir photos ).Utilisation avec ALEXA ou GOOGLE : Bien que le Thermostat WiFi MOES est censé fonctionner avec les accessoires ALEXA ou GOOGLE HOME, je ne posséde pour lâinstant aucun de ces accessoires pour pouvoir tester le Thermostat en fonctionnement couplé avec ces accessoires.Je publierai ultérieurement si possible mes tests une fois en possession de ALEXA ou GOOGLE HOME.3) Mes conclusions : En attendant de pouvoir juger de sa fiabilité dans le temps, jâestime que ce thermostat WiFi de très bonne qualité de fabrication, contrôlable localement ou à distance via internet est dâun excellent rapport qualité/prix/utilisation.

El producto por defecto en la web es para calentador electrico.Cuando TODOS los comentarios son de Caldera, el vendedor opta por poner por defecto la funcion que menos vende.Bien yo he caido, me he llevado uno que no es el correcto, y me he “espero que solo” cargado el fusible de la caldera en pleno coronavirus.. a ver donde encuentro yo ahora 1.El dispositivo es elegante, el enlace con Google genial, y el termostato parece que esta bien, pero si no ssbes bien lo que compras, te puedes llevar un GX por un GY ( que ademas no lo pone en ningun lugar cual es el modelo ) y cargarte la caldera. Si tienes dudas, no lo compres.
