Life Enhancing Hydration
My favorite electrolytes tablet. I take these every day to stay hydrated, I take 2-3 a day. I really notice it when I miss a day or two. These have improved my hydration and health significantly. I drink a lot of caffeine so I need to drink plenty of water to counterbalance my coffee intake. Taking these prevents my gut from spasms. I love the flavor variety. Tropical is my favorite. I add some flavored water drops to enhance the flavor. These have low sugar and 5 electrolytes which is more than the other brands! Theyâre also significantly cheaper!! Love this I take these every day!!

I’ve been playing a lot of pickleball out in the heat this summer. This product is pricey for what you get, but it’s a lot less sugar, and more palatable, than L*quid IV.

Not very sweet but Lemon-Lime makes a good Margarita!
I love the convenience of the dissolvable tablet, much easier than powders. But the flavor wasn’t quite sweet enough for me. On a positive note mix the lemon lime flavor with a shot of tequila and a shot of Controy and it makes quite an acceptable margarita! Don’t forget LOTS of ice and salt the rim.

Bought the Sport Combo pack again. Love this stuff. Reliable and convenient packaging and a perfect combination of supplements. It’s not too sweet at all, love the little bit of fizz. Only weird thing is packaging sometimes and getting a box with all different expiration dates inside, ranging from (this year) 2025 to 2027.

Absolutely worth it!
I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. Iâve tasted the old one and Iâve tasted the new one and I have no complaints.The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the companyâs fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again.The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It wonât help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldnât eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if youâre only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and thereâs no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. Itâs a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case Iâm on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that’s good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I’ll get the package in 1 piece
