I really like this on/off plug switch, itâs exactly what I needed. I got it for my kidâs room so she could easily turn the lights on and off herself, and it works perfectly. I âstepâ on the button – love it!
Love! So convenient and I donât have to bend down to flip a switch. I use this in my living room and tuck the cable under the couch and gently tap on the button with my toe. I even like the clicking noise it makes.

This gets 5 stars because it really puts an on/off switch in a more convenient place. It’s also getting 5 stars because it didn’t burn my house down.I did NOT read the description closely enough. Absolutely my fault. I was looking for a switch I could use to turn my microwave off and on easily as I’m looking for ways to save electricity during these heat waves.I plugged it in and was delighted to watch it work…until I actually used the microwave. Yeah, no. Halfway through a 5 minute cooking cycle, the microwave quit working. The switch shorted out. However, while it was hot when I unplugged it, because it shorted, it didn’t catch on fire. So it gets 5 stars for being smarter than me.Obviously, I can’t return it since I’m the one that broke it, but I will buy another and use it on something kinder and gentler, LOL

Terrific device to turn on/off lamp next to bed. No fumblling, stretching, knocking over the lot…TIP: Before you buy it / install it, if you are like me and getting a little fuzzy in my old age, sketch out how you will connect the [lamp] to the cord to the wall outlet. I had to shorten the length by tying it off with a twisty tie.Highly recommended.

The first one died in a couple of days, number two is going strong.
I needed an easy switch for a lamp. This fit the bill nicely. The fist one I got died almost immediately but this one seems to be doing well.
