Does it support fast charging or a mobile phone charger?

The kids20 tablet does not support fast charging. It is best to use the original charger (10W, 5V/2A), which is more beneficial to battery health and will not

consume power too quickly.

Why only 4GB RAM instead of 12GB?/How to extend virtual memory?

Kids20 tablet has 12(4GB real + 8GB virtual) GB RAM

Paths: Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAMextend > Click and Select the desired expansion size (up toBGB) >After selection, Click “REBOOT

NOW” in the pop-up box > Expansion successful

Why can’t I download xxx app?

Method 1: Settings> APPS> Google Play Store> Storage > Clickto clear the data.
