Good product, poorly designed, unbearably loud fan
Everything was fine until the projector made extremely unbearably loud noises that overpowered what we were watching (with surround sound I might point out). With some technical knowledge, my wife knows how to clean the fan within and is in the process of doing that but we shouldnât have to do maintenance for a projector that goes bad ONE DAY after the return period ends. Thatâs right. It is June 23rd as I am writing this and the return period ended on June 22nd, 30 days after buying the product. Very convenient. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the product is actually decent quality aside from the manufacturing issue Iâve previously stated.Edit 7/3/25: I contacted Pericat Support to try and claim the manufacturers warranty and they claim they are sending me a replacement projector in the mail with a $20 courtesy compensation for the inconvenience. I wonât be filtering out my above words so other potential buyers can separate my review from bot reviews but this willingness to help me has earned another star. If everything goes well, Iâll be back with an update.Edit 07/08/25: The replacement came and works great. Iâm not going to remove my above words so people can see Iâm not a bot. Supportâs willingness to correct the problem earned them a 5 star rating from me.

Great projector so far
Great projectors! Easy set up. Had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi so I set it up via USBC to HDMI. No problems. You can change resolution and size depending on what you need. I used this personally for outside. Had to buy stand to come with it since Iâm not mounting it

does not work for iPhone
even though it says itâs iPhone and android compatible it is not! I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. My kids have iPhone 13s and none of our phones are able to play videos from any of our streaming services. My husbandâs Samsung android does. But very disappointing that we can only watch movies when heâs home. I would return it immediately. But he likes it so whatever still giving it a one star because it also doesnât have any apps on it you have to be connected to a phone and use the apps on your phone. All it can really do is mirror. and the quality of the video stream is very poor. It is 100% lying about some 4K or 1080 P me and my family all work in tech to some capacity and we customize the settings to get the absolute best picture, cause the reds were bleeding in the very beginning. It was very fuzzy, but still even after adjusting all settings and the height and the distance from where itâs propped up itâs still very low quality unfortunate

Nice projector
For the price this is a great little projector! The picture is really good and clear. I originally had an issue with sound on a few apps. I went into the Apple TV settings and changed the sound setting from Dolby to stereo and it has worked perfectly. This is a great option for movie nights on the patio and football with friends.
