Awesome product.
This is a great item. I can do 10 chin ups but could only do 3 strict pull ups. In my new routine I use 2 bands of support and then 1 band of support. Last few sets are unassisted. I can now do 10 strict pull ups. Set up was easy. Changing resistance support takes 2 seconds. It works great and is way more stable and functional than just using bands. Definitely recommend this product.

I got this for a pullup/dip bar I bought for my room, works exactly as intended with a very clever design for adjusting the height. It took about 5 minutes of playing around to get it to work, easy enough. My only issue is that it tends to hit me in the stomach and has caused some bruising, though I’m not sure if that’s just user error. But for the price, it feels like a very high quality item I would see at a gym. The bands say they’re 75lb of weight each, but I have some doubts about their accuracy. But overall a very valuable workout tool for learning to do pullups.

This is the BEST pull up tool ever made ! Easy to put on, easy to remove, adjustable bands (3) with 75 pounds counterbalance for each band ! Also foot insert to put your feet securely without having a snap in the jewels ! I am really happy with my purchase and I recommend this product all the way !

Perfect way to work up to unassisted pull ups. A bit awkward to begin with but you get used to it. Different than the bands, but stronger.
