Pretty solid for the money
Both the mouse and keyboard have great battery life. They have built in battery saver that shuts them off after a few minutes, but a quick input on either and the wake right up. I use them on my Xbox via WiFi connection and they work great. My only complaint is the mouse buttons (left click and right click) seem to stick at random but a quick input and they free up. The keyboard does also have changing color patterns and color options, mouse is just a normal RGB rotation.

Good Keyboard/Mouse Combo, BAD Software
I usually have a fairly good opinion on Redragon products. I’ve used several in the past, and my main rig currently is using one of their newer keyboards (Artemis PRO). So for my rig that I had just created, I thought this mechanical keyboard & mouse combo would be a pretty good deal. Well, I was kind of right at least.Firstly, the quality of these items are good. The keyboard retains its numpad, but come in at under 14 inches in size which makes it nice and compact. You do lose dedicated F-keys, and will have to rely on FN combos for those. The switches are…decent. Personally I’m not a fan of red switches, so those were swapped out ASAP. The lighting on mine was a bit wonky. Its in standard RGB color mode, and I can’t adjust it without the software (more on this later…). I can switch it over to a single color mode, but I can’t change it or really do anything with it, so I don’t think its an actual mode. The keyboard sounds about what you’d expect it to sound like at this price point–fairly hollow, not really quiet. Sort of plasticky sounding if anything. But I don’t think I can complain much at this price point. The mouse feels good as well. Its a good size, and doesn’t feel too bad in the hand. The texturing is a little strange on the sides, though. They went with molded plastic with raised bits on the pattern. It will last a long time, but doesn’t feel good compared to a smooth plastic surface or a rubberized coating style. Buttons and scroll wheel feel fine as well. The RGB again is super basic on this, and I don’t think I can change it without using the software. Both pieces have built in batteries, which is actually pretty nice at this price point. But the biggest issue (and possibly just a big reason to not buy it), is the software. It is downright unusable IMO. Firstly, had to find it on Redragons site. This combo is not one they seem to have in their downloads website. You can find it by sort of just searching for this kit and downloading it only from the page. BUT, this must be some earlier designed software…because it CONSTANTLY FLAGS AS A VIRUS (Specifically, Program:Win32/Vigram.A). Edge for example flat out refuses to download it, stating the executable is a virus. Tried it on Opera GX? Downloads, but Defender swoops in and deletes the file. Is it a quality issue, false flags, poor coding, or is there some sort of weird script it runs that resembles a virus? I have no clue. It is just a huge problem for me as without being able to use the software (as I have very little confidence in this build), I can’t change things like the mouse polling rate, or the RGB on either the mouse OR the keyboard. IF I can somehow find a non-bugged version of the software that doesn’t constantly believe its a virus, maybe I’ll try again? But honestly that is the biggest issue I have. And to be fair, its a fairly big issue. To not have the ability to adjust settings and just use the keyboard and mouse as-is kind of sucks. Redragons other software suites are much better (I have an Artemis PRO that has a pretty good software suite that’s shared with the Galatin PRO), so its confusing as to why this software is just…..bad. And having multiple platforms throw this error makes me think that maybe its best to NOT install the software, as I just don’t trust it (unless I try it on a virtual machine? idk)Overall I can’t really recommend going out to get this kit if you’re going to adjust the settings on the keyboard and mouse, unless you can get the software to function normally and not throw so many warnings stating its a virus. If you’re just going to use it as-is? Okay..maybe its worth it.

Get it! Good combo price, good design, very convenient.
Good combo for the price. Two things I would have liked to have are one single application instead of two separate for each product and the option for the RGB to stay stationary instead of always rolling. The keyboard and the mouse have good design, size, and are quiet. I don’t use it to play, but just for regular use as I have wheels and remote control. Now I have two less cables messing around and it only uses one USB to connect.I am very satisfied with the purchase. It is very convenient for the price.

Poor quality JUNK
One of the worst experiences for wireless accessories that I have had. It barely holds a charge. I mean it honestly feels like this was some product that they had on their shelf for the last 5 years, and finally got ordered…. and now the battery barely even holds a charge. I will be in middle of using the keyboard and mouse and they both will freeze – really just a bad overall experience.

Have loved my redragon wired keyboard and mouse for years, and decided to go wireless with the same brand. This time, I had a problem with the keyboard, so got in touch with redragon. They went out of their way to make sure I have a product which works perfectly. And now it does. So:Product: A+Support: A+++
