They really work
These came on time and are just as described. They work great plus the price is *great* I was so surprised by the booklet that came with it lots of exercises all in color( not black & white like some) so I tried a lot of them and Iâm happy to say they have helped me. I have neck problems from a car accident plus arthritis on both side of my neck and unfortunately my neck starts to tighten up so I need to stretch things and thank goodness this is working for me. I also found a YouTube video with Dr. Jo who also has neck problems so I use these bands in conjunction with her exercises and Iâm feeling so much better. Iâm using these bands light weight one to start off,Iâve put a picture on of the exercises along with the three bands and the nice pouch they can be stored in.I would definitely buy these bands again they are well made and arenât tacky feeling like some.As far as quality I find them to be very good also like how each is a different color with the the word light,medium or heavy,the size of the bands is what I was looking for they didnât skimp on length I can wrap them around my hands to do some of the exercises which makes using them easier to use.This is an honest review and what is working for me. Would I buy them again absolutely.

Bought these for my mom to do light exercise, they work perfect for her. They are good value for the price, they came with a small bag to store easily, and after 6 months they are still going strong so I would say they are good quality.

Great for physical therapy.
Great bands. My son’s physical therapist recommended them for his at home exercises. They hold up well and are cheaper (price wise) than anything I could find in the store.

I’ve only used it three times so far, the lightest one, and I’m already worried it’s not going to last long. It’s losing its elasticity already! It’s about 5 ft long I wish I can cut it in half I don’t know if that’s allowable. But I’ll review it again after I’ve used it a few more times.

J’utilise ces bandes pour des exercices de physiothérapie à force modérée. Les 3 niveaux de résistance sont convenables pour mon usage, j’utilise la plus faible et la moyenne résistance pour l’instant. J’avais acheté d’un autre vendeur sur Amazon mais elles étaient trop difficiles, je ne fais pas de musculation de type Hercule, juste des exercices de physiothérapie, et celles-ci vont très bien pour faire travailler mes muscles. Les bandes sont durables, je les utilise depuis 3 mois et pas de signe de dégradation.
