Nice bands, good value
Good bands, good selection of weights. Nice poster inside but at least 3 of the workouts on it are either physically impossible to stretch the bands as shown (thruster, shoulder press, the bands don’t stretch 15 feet long lol) or completely worthless (Romanian deadlift, no stretch at all possible at this height) other than that cool stuff.
