Another terrible Amazon experience
Super unimpressed. It’s another paperweight from Amazon. The app will not sinc with my phone but keeps acting like it’s trying. The camera just shows a solid white light, which isn’t even given a descriptor in the instructions so who knows what that’s supposed to mean. The app is completely stuck on the “connecting” screen, spinning its wheels of uselessness, likely forever. My wi-fi signal is excellent so that’s not the issue. Then there’s the Roku interface it took just to get to this point of uselessness. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to sign in and verify about 6 times, and that’s by design, which is patently insane. I thought something good might finally be happening when it claimed it was connecting. Alas, nothing good is happening. And there’s literally no way to get the app to exit and reset. I just have a endlessly spinning wheel of death when I open it now. I should really know better than to buy anything more technologically advanced than tooth paste off this site.I should add, there was zero protective packaging in the box. So the camera obviously got bounced around madly in transit. It could very well be shock damaged. But when I try to return broken electronics to amzn, they typically claim it never showed up and don’t refund my money. Amnz support is non existent anymore. So that’s an effort in futility. Roku, which I’ve used for a few years now, isn’t much better.

It is very easy to set up ,very nice clear video especially at night time . I will give a 4 star for the fact the only inconvenience will be that itâs a wire camera and so you will need an extension cord for it .

Decent camera but definatly not the 4k that’s advertised. The app is a little buggy as well. Overall though it does it’s job. Be warned though that in high temp areas the battery does not last as long as listed but that’s what happens when you live in a place as hot as the devil’s behind.
