Great quality laptop!
Great computer. Size is great for traveling and able to pull it out and work from anywhere! Light weight and durable. Accessories are nice as well! Battery life is good! Touch screen works great. Great value for the money! Would recommend and definitely buy again.

Know what you want it for.
Know what use you’re buying it for. While we were disappointed with it’s limitations (it’s not a simple substitute for a full laptop, it’s nice for several things. We’re not savvy with it, but I’m sure we’d enjoy it more if we were. Worth the price. The little bonus gadgets are great. Better than expected. Giving it 4 stars because it seems great if you know how to use it, but not all we expected it to be. That’s on us.

Bought this for my fiance. It’s so nice he questioned how much it was. He loves that it came with the SD card, pen, charger, and mouse. The texture is great, his ability to bend it and make it into a tablet is easy to use and perfectly functioning. He reads his manga on it. Great value for what was paid.

I wish i could give this negative star. The device, the seller, and Amazom. ALL NEGATIVE STARS!!!The device itself is slow, apps always froze, constantly glitching. Coud not even use to write papers. In the middle of writing emails and it would force me to the home screen. Entirety the worst device I’ve ever purchased. A $60 phone has more capability then this device. Tried to return and was toled it require a UPS pickup. They never came. I tried to take it to a UPS store. however, amazon doesn’t give you the label when it’s required to be picked up. I was given the UPS customer service number, but when I called them, I was told in a long winded answer that they couldn’t help me. Spent several hours with amazon’s customer service message system. Still didn’t get anywhere. Now it looks like, because I can’t get any help to return the crome book, I won’t get the refund and can’t put that money to a device that I can actually use. VERY STRONGLY UNSATISFIED!!!

Great Christmas gift
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas she loved it and told me it was her favorite. I tested it and it was nice the battery life is great,the screen quality is ok,touchscreen works great,kinda light/portable,great value would highly recommend.

This is a Christmas present for my daughter so I’ve only set it up to be ready, but wow it’s nice. Size is perfect for a school age kid. It is a little on the heavy size but not surprised with the features. Love that it’s touch screen and can change from the keyboard to just the screen. I think this will be a win .
