First impression compared to Frame TV 2024
I had the Frame TV 2024 before this one. The physical hardware appears identical on the outside, except for the remote which now has the AI click to search button. The previous version of colored bezels are perfectly compatible with this frame. There is a significant difference in the responsiveness of the menus because of the faster processor. The 2025 model feels like a normal modern UI with its snappy quick response. The menu icon style is slightly redesigned and improved. The 2024 model on the other hand has a very laggy menu that gets annoying to use. This alone is a reason to upgrade! As far as picture quality, I noticed this is better with the deep blacks even though the specs are the same. The 2024 model was not ideal for video content showing dark grey when areas were supposed to be black. I wonder what Samsung did with the panel to improve this. I love the improvement in the deeper blacks.Art mode is amazing, and it’s the main reason I have the Frame TV. While I prefer OLED TVs for video content, this is decent for video too. However nothing else on the market beats this for rotating through realistic art that looks like the real medium of oil paintings, paper, etc.Settings tip for most realistic viewing: turn down the brightness and use the auto brightness and power save settings so it’s not artificially bright. For some reason TV manufacturers crank up the brightness way too much in the default settings.

Overpriced – but worth it to me.
Nicest TV I’ve ever owned. Is it pricey to possibly a bit overpriced? Yes. But for me, the cost is worth it to be able to have it hang flush on the wall with a nice frame, looking less like a tv than anything else currently on the market.I’m also enjoying the novelty of being able to change out the art with the subscription, which is about 5 bucks a month.

Slowest most unresponsive tv in history
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this tv because of its sleek nature.  Its sleek. But it doesn’t work well at all. Doesn’t turn on sometimes.  Lags for minutes or completely abandons commands.  To switch between apps is a nightmare. Phone controller doesn’t work consistently.  Regular controller doesn’t work consistently.  What a horrible horrible horrible product.  Buyer beware.  2k paperweight.  Samsung has gone completely down hill as a company in terms of product quality.  What a disappointment.  You might as well close business if you’re going to gouge people 2k for a tv that has the processing speed of a snail. 0 out of 5 stars

    Nice TV
Really like this. Very easy to use. Really like the remote and the ease of use. The artwork seems like it doesn’t always work 100%, but I think I have that figured out. Very nice quality TV.

    Great product/bad interface
This TV is somewhat magical. I literally bought it only for its ability to display art. I’m sufficiently impressed with the results, but there are a few caveats. There is a subscription for the Art store, which I did not know previously, so be sure to do some research and factor that into the cost if you’re interested. I really enjoy the variety of artwork. However, the interface is really bad. It feels quite outdated and is pretty slow. I also feel as though the remote could have more useful buttons such as a dedicated art button or an Art favorites button.

    Great TV
This TV is incredible. The picture is great and Art mode looks awesome when the tv is off. We had people over and they thought it was a framed picture in our living room. Install was a little tricky, but that’s because I had a lot going on in my wall.

Don’t buy. Horrible software, average to mediocre image/audio quality.
The operating system of this TV is the worst TV software I’ve ever used. Besides being ultra slow, it keeps getting in the way, often bringing me to the main menu while using my HDMI devices. And sometimes it’s just unresponsive. I’ve had to unplug and plug again a couple times in less than 2 weeks of use. Extremely frustrating. And I thought the Android TV OS from my old Sony was bad…Then comes art mode, which is just a glorified screensaver. I’ve never, even for a second, thought these pictures were anything but an image being displayed on a TV. Yes, image dims lightly, but it’s FAR from looking like a real piece of art. And don’t trust Samsung’s promo images: they always show this nice mat/passepartout, but the truth is the pictures from their (paid) art gallery don’t include that, so it looks even less like real art.Once you manage to actually watch what you wanted to watch, quality is not its strong suit either. I use an Apple TV 4K with which I’ve never had a problem, and when connected to this TV, image is sometimes choppy, as if the image could not be processed fast enough. I never had this problem with my old 2015 Sony 4K TV connected to the same Apple TV. And when connected to my Sonos soundbar via ARC, audio is sometimes out of sync. Again, never had a problem with my old TV.So to sum it up, pretty bad experience overall. This TV doesn’t excel at anything, and sometimes it’s downright horrible. It’s not even good at what it’s supposed to make it standout from other TVs: Art mode. At the price of this TV, you could get other TVs that are SO MUCH better. Actually, my old Sony was better at everything (except for size).I’ll just return it.
