What You Should Know Before Buying This Phone:I recently bought this phone, and at first glance, it looked amazingâseriously, it had that fresh-out-the-box shine. The physical condition was actually pretty solid, so props there. But hereâs what you need to know if you’re thinking about buying it:Palm swipe doesnât workânot a huge deal for everyone, but worth mentioning.The phone overheats heavily, even with minimal usage. That was the first red flag.Within a week, I started seeing dead pixels forming on the screen.The screen is a cheap LCD replacement, not the original OLED. That said, the seller isnât necessarily lyingâthey donât exactly advertise it clearly, but theyâre also not claiming itâs OLED.The brightness is terrible, and it degraded quickly. Within days, black spots appeared, and the screen looked worse in both cold and warm environments.I got multiple humidity warnings, even when indoors, which means the internal seals are probably shot.A battery replacement is highly recommended. It feels like the one in there now is either worn or aftermarket.If you’re not super tech-savvy, a lot of this might fly under the radar until it’s too late. So if youâre still planning to buy from this seller, I suggest you budget for a genuine OLED screen, fresh seals, and a battery swap.Bottom line: itâs in good condition on the outside, but the inside is a different story. Just know what youâre getting into.

I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra that was described to be in “excellent condition” for almost $300. It was shipped via FedEx and I received it as scheduled. I opened it the following night and noticed more scratches than I expected, also it had a charge of 14%. I immediately placed it on the provided charger and a message popped up stating to “check the charger connection”, I noticed it seemed to not fit snuggly into the port. I tried a couple other chargers, and it was the same. I reconnected the provided one and it begin charging slowly again. The next morning it was at 100% as soon as I removed it the percentage dropped to 99%. I went online switched my phone service and went to work, I noticed around 10a it was already at 65% without any usage. By 2p I had charged it twice and had only made 2 quick phone calls and sent a couple of text the entire day, had this been a normal day I would have been stuck using my business cell. I resorted to wireless charging the remainder of the day. I haven’t been able to use it as I typically would, but it seems to be what I would expect a high phone quality from Samsung. The 2 pictures I snapped were nice. Also, I haven’t had a Samsung in a few years but I love the many updated functions provided, also thankfully it was actually unlocked so I could use it with TMobile. I contacted the seller about the stated issues and only received a question asking if I tried another charger. I responded several and stated I can only wireless charge. I requested a full refund because this phone is defective. I haven’t received a response but will be returning it this week. I was very disappointed with my purchase and would NOT purchase from this company or refer anyone to in the future.

El teléfono venia en perfectas condiciones estéticas excepto por la tapa trasera ligeramente despegada unos milÃmetros imperceptible a simple vista ,sin embargo me hace creer que no fue bien pegado o si con el calor se vaya a despegar.En cuanto el rendimiento y funcionamiento en general todo bien.
