Great phone for a great price.
Perfect phone for a GREAT price. Definitely works with Verizon. I swapped out my SIM cards, and was up and running in about 25 minutes (data transfer takes a bit). Bigger, brighter screen with better resolution than my older Samsung S8. I tend to keep phones until they die. Definitely recommend this phone.

A high-quality international phone for travel
I used this unlocked, international Samsung phone as my travel phone on a long trip through Japan and Korea in summer 2025. I bought this model because it was recommended by the New York Times Wirecutter. It was authentic, reliable, and durable. It came in the original packaging and included the pin needed to open the SIM card ports. It worked beautifully using SIM cards from Japanese and Korean phone carriers, such as SK Telecom. I had no problems with the speed and because the phone has two SIM card ports, you can add a memory card to the second one. The phone is from Latin America but I am in the U.S. and the setup detected and offered the use of English for that process. I was also able to add the Korean keyboard in settings. I will be using this as my travel phone from now on! Using local SIM cards saved me a great deal of money over the carrier rates I would have had to pay on my locked U.S. iPhone. The phone easily paid for itself within the first few weeks of the trip.

Useless.
This phone is completely useless. I tried to carry over my service from another phone and it’s unsupported. I tried Verizon, Straight Talk, Visible, and Tracfone and none of them work. Pretty much a paperweight, returning immediately. Not worth the hassle or the money.

Great deal for the cost savings
Memory card and Sim card not included. Had to buy memory card and get a Sim card from my service provider. Phone works awesome and has tons of storage ( used an 168gb memory card ) with internal phone storage of 120gb no more phone crashes my old phone was easy to flash data and apps to the Samsung A16 with the smart app. Did the flash myself instead of having the provider do it and charge for the service. Phone was almost $100 cheaper than the provider wanted for the same Samsung Galaxy A16, making it a great upgrade deal.

Lovely phone
Works as expected – however, some features might not be available on your T-Mobile network, if that’s your carrier. Check your IMEI! For my purposes, works great.

Starting with 5 stars even though i havent opened it yet. I bought it from the Samsung Store but then this comes with it… Nortechdistriburions. With instructions that seem a bit weird. Will setup and move my sim over and see what happens or doesn’t happen.

Works with Mint !!! Well worth the price go for the 6 or more ram not the 4
Very nice phone, it’s unlocked, great price, well worth it. Considering that my old phone was an A20. This works with Mint mobile, just take the sim from your old phone and put the sim into the new one, but first charge both phones up if you need to transfer info from the old phone to the new phone.
