solid update to my previous Samsung 10+
This phone has many new features, and I have most of them working just fine. My only remaining issue is I am having a problem syncing my new phone to Microsoft Your Phone as it is connected to my old 10+ whose apps were cloned to the new phone. Otherwise, the extensive improvements are readily seen in the performance of the phone. response to touch is swift, colors are saturated and the camera is easy to use.

No reception on WiFi or Cell Service
I am the last one in my office and in my family to try and stay with Samsung cell phone. The s24 max plus I tried to purchase was Dead-on-Arrival. The migration process destroyed my 2000 contacts trying to move back to my old s9+. And, that process took days. Could not find help.This was my 3d Samsung ‘purchase and return’, and a complete ‘failure’ to upgrade my old s9+.Every time (3 times) I tried to buy a phone, Samsung took my payment of ~$1400 and wouldn’t refund for 30 to 90 days. The 1st time they sold me a phone that was unavailable. That is criminal. This time the phone’s reception, Wifi & Cell was terrible, broken. Then, there is no customer service to be found at Samsung and TMobile couldn’t fix it either.Summary: product did not work, refund process unacceptably delayed, no tech support service to help.So. I have given up on Samsung, and I am buying the Apple iPhn16 ProMax.I have no idea why my experience has been so awful. Samsung sells lots of phones.Of course I will correct this review if anything changes. This time buyer beware. Ask Samsung to setup & test the phone in advance of shipping.UPDATE. Returned in July. Now August and refund has not been released. Do not buy from this retailer.

Wifi calling can NOT be enabled on this global phone.
My carrier offers WiFi calling; however, this phone does not have this option on the Settings > Conections or in the Phone > Settings, so I can not make wifi calls or txts which was a critical function for me living off grid on a sailboat. Who would have thought a global phone wouldn’t be wifi calling enabled.I’ve spent countless hours and hours with my carrier Verizon, Samsung and an exchange of a few email with the seller here and none of them can help. They keep running me in circles saying that it’s a carrier issue, a Samsung issue, or talk to the seller. I spent $1,300 for a phone that I can’t use or return, because I’m outside of the USA. Disappointed would be an understatement.
