Better than expected. Probably luck or improved QC on renewed
The phone didn’t come in an original box, didn’t have the original charging cable, sim card tool, or any manual. I was anxious because of the reviews. The screen, bezels, back side, and the lenses all looked brand new. I tried to find the smallest blemish or scuff but it looked physically perfect. I got worried when I started it up and I saw the AT&T logo (referring to previous reviews and because I’m with T-Mobile). It was an AT&T phone but was still unlocked for me to use tmobile. I couldn’t receive texts for a bit (probably had to wait or something). Phone works great now, functionality/benchmark wise and battery drain + screen time felt balanced. It did get warm using it while it was fast charging but seemed fine. Will update if anything comes up

Received a defective new phone with warning of moisture inside
Product was just delivered today. I am excited, opened the package, tried to turn on the phone but couldn’t, and proceeded to charge the phone, thinking its battery is empty. Soon after, the first prompt I got from the phone is a warning that there is water (moisture) inside the phone!

Not Excellent Condition – Seems to work
Cosmetically this phone looked good, I wouldn’t say excellent, some minor screen blemishes & light scuffs on the phone itself, it is ATT & prompted for an ATT sim on start up, but seems to work with T-Mobile. Functionality seems good, strangely it seems to run a bit hot to the touch & gives a phone needs to cool down message after a very short period of time of using it in direct sunlight. Will update within 30 days.
